Looks like Santa Monica City Attorney Terry White is going to have to throw out that warrant we know he was ready to issue for Lindsay Lohan's arrest!

Because it appears that following her last-minute legal circus, which resulted in her canning of attorney Mark Heller and immediate re-hiring of Shawn Chapman Holley, the troubled starlet has been signed, sealed, and delivered to her new, locked-down home for 90 days: the Betty Ford Clinic!

In fact, while there's yet to be an official confirmation, insiders claim that Lindsay actually made it to the Rancho Mirage facility before midnight last night…which means that she fulfilled her obligation to be enrolled by May 2nd!

That's right! Despite telling Morningside Recovery that she didn't need rehab, sources close to her now assert that she's FINALLY ready to cooperate and stop making the lives of everyone around her miserable!

And it's all thanks to Miz Holly!

Glee's rude dude with an attitude Mark Salling seems to be smelling a STRONG whiff of bullpoop…

Which is why he's COUNTERsuing Roxanne Gorzela, the former Playboy model who initially sued HIM for sexual battery!

Gorzela filed a suit back in January claiming Mark inserted his unprotected peen into her ladyparts without her permission, and that when she returned to his home to confront the TV star about it, Mark (according to Gorzela) was in bed with another woman.

Then when Gorzela asked Mark about STDs, he physically attacked her.

Now, we've already heard from Mark that all the above is pure fabrication, but now dude is taking LEGAL action to address these damning accusations!

Selena Gomez has been slapped with a lawsuit by Adrenalina, Inc., on the grounds that the Come & Get It singer failed to follow through in a business deal with the company…and they lost more than $2 million because of it!

This is one fight LeAnn Rimes doesn’t want to continue!

Although she’s pretty practiced in dragging out her battles, LeAnn has decided to drop her dental malpractice lawsuit.

She had a “request for dismissal” filed in an El Lay court in her case against Dr. Duane C. McKay.

However, the fight might not ACTUALLY be over yet!

That’s right, LeAnn can always get back in the boxing ring as she requested the case be dismissed without prejudice which means she can sue again in the future.

The dental malpractice lawsuit involved LeAnn receiving root canals, an extraction and more dental work that caused her to suffer damage that hurt her ability to perform.

She reportedly had to cancel performances as a result of some of the pain.

We’re guessing that if this pain was real, the lawsuit is far from over!

The U.S. Department of Justice's lawsuit that was looming in the distance has now crashed down on top of Lance Armstrong, and we're hearing that someone who used to love him might have to testify against him!

Lance better hope there's a little love left, which we wouldn't bet on, because Kristin Armstrong is his EX-WIFE!

The DoJ filed a 33 page court document, and brings about the possibility that she may be called as a witness in the trial.

DMX had a little bit of a meltdown during a reunion with his son recently… one that was part of an OWN show and involved a self-help guru who was trying to mend the father/son relationship!

The meltdown definitely made the rapper appear as if he was erratic and strung out, but that wasn't the only weird part of the episode! The show, Iyanla: Fix My Life had DMX also answering questions about his drug use (above, near the end) — and the floodgates opened.

The thing is, DMX said he was tricked into situations where he was blindsided, and the erratic nature of his responses had to do with expecting a whole different set of questions! Apparently she was supposed to ask him about his addiction to women, not his drug use. The drug use questions were NOT cleared before hand, according to X!
