You guys remember Willa Ford?
She had that one, jammin' pop single called I Wanna Be Bad way back when, and then she got her head lobbed off by Jason in the Friday the 13th remake!
Well, she's apparently back with the song that made her famous, I Wanna Be Bad, now mashed-up with Led Zeppelin’s Going To California (above)!

A sad day for the music world.
He may not have had a household name, but Bert Jansch was an incredibly influential guitarist who has passed away of lung cancer at 67-years-old.
Bert was an influence on many well-known artists, including Nick Drake and Devandra Banhart. He was even ripped off by Jimmy Page, who used Bert's arrangement for the song Blackwaterside on the track Black Mountain Side (from Led Zeppelin's debut album).

Get the Led out, kid
This cute little boy wasn't having it when his dad started playing some boring old Italian music in the car.
But things changed as soon as his dad put on some Led Zeppelin, he immediately cheered up! This kid is an official Ledhead! Rock out, son!
Robert Plant would be proud.

They may not have a host, but it sure as hell looks like they have a theme!
With black carpeting and a "space-time" continuum of music, it appears MTV is going for an extraterrestrial/time travel feel.
When asked to comment on the concept, one of the show's executive producers replied:

Sir Paul McCartney is set to headline the London 2012 Olympic Games' opening ceremony and we couldn't be more thrilled!
Organizers had hoped "to have the cream of British music all in the line-up", but after The Rolling Stones and Led Zeppelin took themselves out of the running, sources say "Paul will be joined on stage by some younger stars."
That's pretty cool! It will be nice to see some of Britain's biggest music stars of tomorrow joined by one of the biggest music stars of…EVER!
Maybe playing alongside the music icon at the largest sporting event in the world will help launch the next biggest British sensation since the Beatles themselves!
