The Pain & Gain star usually focuses on one part of his body per day of the week, and he's learned to go by instincts and feelings to get him through his own training. He says:
"I go by feel. I have my headphones on. I'm listening to my music. I'm 100% focused. There's no wasted time and no wasted effort when it comes to me and the weights."
