These two powerhouses are going at each other!

And both believe they are in the right!

Honey Boo Boo's family apparently believes their contract with TLC is officially over, and Mama June and co. are free to sign with anyone else they want.

The reason Mama June and others believe that is because they're pretty darn sure that TLC hasn't owned up to promises they had made contractually and therefore their contract isn't worth a damn!

The part of the contract that TLC apparently didn't come through with was its promise of

Nick Gordon is CLEARLY going through an incredibly difficult time.

In the past few days, the 25-year-old has endured a slew of legal tribulations — from initially refusing to comply with authorities, to dropping a restraining order that would block a search warrant to obtain private security footage.

And what's made it worse is his girlfriend Bobbi Kristina's unimproved condition.

As we reported, doctors believed weaning Whitney Houston's daughter off medications would hopefully trigger a positive change — but unfortunately, everything has remained the same.

On Wednesday night, Gordon went on a Twitter spree vocalizing everything from his sadness over Krissy's status, his animosity towards Bobby Brown and his family — which he has expressed before –, to his inability to sleep.

Bobbi Kristina's Boyfriend Nick Gordon Drops Restraining Order Against Georgia Police And Will Comply With Investigation

no title

On Wednesday, Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend Nick Gordon rescinded his request for a temporary restraining order against the Roswell Police Department to block a search warrant where authorities would obtain private home security camera footage in the form of a "Dropcam."

This contradicts what happened Monday, when the 25-year-old and his lawyers initially filed legal documents accusing the search warrant of unjustly violating his privacy without any evidence that the footage is associated with the ongoing criminal investigation.

According to Nick's legal team — consisting of Joe S. Habachy and Randall M. Kessler — the decision to drop the restraining order was made in order to comply with authorities.

They released the following statement:

"To protect his client's interests, Mr. Habachy filed the Temporary Restraining Order. However, Mr. Gordon has since elected to dismiss the claim in an effort to help Roswell PD speed up their investigation."

There is still no word on what the footage is or what information it contains.

As we reported, Bobbi Kristina is still at the Emory University Hospital in Atlanta where doctors are slowly taking her out of her medically induced coma hoping it will improve her condition.

The U.S. Supreme Court will rule on whether the right to marry is a constitutional right for same-sex couples, or whether states are allowed to ban same-sex marriages.

It's expected that the nine justices will begin hearing oral arguments from both sides in April before delivering a ruling by June.

Back in June of 2013, the court overturned the Defense of Marriage Act, a ruling that finally allowed married same-sex couples the same federal benefits as straight married couples.

Before today's announcement, the Supreme Court
