We told you about Snoop's tax lien of $546,270 that came up in February for unpaid taxes in 2009 and 2011, but we weren't expecting to be telling you about this money matter so soon.

While most celebs either take their sweet time to pay back any of the money or deny actually owing it, Snoop rocked the ultimate act of rebellion and ponied up without a fight.

Now THAT makes him a total P.I.M.P.

The Cleveland Kidnapper Ariel Castro recently had his bail set at $8 million dollars - which is well deserved.

But police investigators may have found a handwritten letter from Castro from 2004 where the man who kidnapped and held Michelle Knight, Amanda Berry and Gina DeJesus for ten years, expresses remorse for what he has done.

However, at this point the letter has not been released to the public.

One reporter claims to have seen the letter and released a few excerpts from it on his Twitter page.

We started following the gruesome details of the Cleveland kidnapping case as soon as we heard that three victims and a child had been rescued from nearly a decade of bondage. Three men were arrested, and now one (the one viewed as the prime suspect) has been formally charged.

Here's what ABC just said about Ariel Castro (pictured center, above):

#Breaking: Ariel Castro charged with 4 counts of kidnapping, 3 counts of rape. "This is now a pending criminal matter," says prosecution.

After the amount of time these women spent locked up in his house, we're SO glad the authorities are moving fast on this!

Charlie Sheen was in court, and apparently bore witness to a shocking report regarding the conditions of Brooke Mueller's house.

No further details are available since the judge presiding over the case has issued a gag order on all parties involved.

We're not 100% sure what was going on in Brooke's house, but we were VERY pleased to hear that Denise Richards was awarded extended custody of Brooke's kids, as expected.
