Lena Headey just received some upsetting news.
As we previously reported, Lena moved her 6-year-old son Wiley to England over the summer. The relocation made sense for Headey as it's where she spends a large chunk of time filming Game of Thrones and it also happens to be where she's from.
Unfortunately for the actress, her ex-husband Peter Loughran took her to court on the grounds that the move allegedly violated their 2013 custody agreement. Peter, who resides in the United States, argued that his son should be sent home immediately.
On the other side of this coin, L.H. claims Loughran signed off on the move. Lena also alleges the pair said they'd share custody of the boy.
Now TMZ is reporting that a judge ordered Headey to return Wiley after she wraps filming. Until then, the beauty must pay for Peter to visit the boy ten times a month.
Well, at least the case is resolved. We guess both parties will have to make peace with the judge's ruling.
So, do YOU think the right decision was made here?
