Lethal Weapon actress Mary Ellen Trainor, who was in all four films in the franchise, has passed away.
She died on May 20 at 62 years old in her home in Montecito, California, according to her friend and Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy.
Mary was also known for her role in The Goonies, and has appeared in Die Hard, Ghostbusters II, as well as various films by her former husband, Oscar-winner Robert Zemeckis.
The two split in 2000, but before they did, they worked together on movies like Forrest Gump and Back to the Future Part II. She was also involved with television, having starred in Parker Lewis Can't Lose on FOX and ABC's drama Relativity.
Mary leaves behind her son Alex, her mom Jane, and four siblings Ned, Jack, Barbara and Carolyn.
No cause of death has been announced, but a memorial service will be held at 11 AM on June 19 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Montecito.
The family is asking that donations be made to Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation and The Wounded Warrior Project, in lieu of flowers.
Our hearts go out to everyone affected by this terrible loss.
