Kip Arnold is an El Lay physical education teacher suspected of engaging in "lewd" sexual conduct with middle-school students.
When cops questioned him, Kip yelled "you'll never take me alive!" which led to a high-speed pursuit where they chased him all around El Lay!
Suspects are ALWAYS innocent until proven guilty but running from the CHP and attempting a suicidal swan dive off the interstate makes us fear the worst!!
Or maybe Kip's a big Thelma & Louise fan looking to recreate that scene where Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis (SPOILER ALERT) take a header into the Grand Canyon??
