Here we go…

Last month, Courtney Love paid out $430,000 in a settlement for a Twitter-based defamation lawsuit with fashion designer Dawn Simorangkir.

Then, Courtney returned to Twitter and went back to her old, controversial ways, making some nasty digs against Chelsea Handler's beau Andre Balazs.

NOW, Courtney has gotten into Twitter trouble again for speaking out against former lawyer Rhonda Holmes from San Diego-based firm Gordon & Holmes.

The lawyer claims that Love libeled her over Twitter when she said that Holmes sold her out in a battle over money owed to Kurt Cobain's estate.

Here is the tweet that got Courtney into NEW trouble:

"I was f–king devastated when Rhonda J Holmes Esq of San Diego was bought off…"

Holmes is claiming that the remarks "have damaged her credibility and hurt her firm's business" and she's seeking unspecified damages.

Of course, Courtney has since canceled her Twitter account once again.

Let Courtney Love's tale of Twitter woe be a lesson to us all! Once it's out there on the Internet, you can't take it back.

David Beckham isn’t taking no for an answer!

After the £15.5million libel claim against accusations of him seeing a hooker, was thrown out by a judge, Dave has vowed to appeal the decision and take it to a higher court.

A spokesman for Beckham spoke about the matter:

“They have not provided one shred of evidence to support the claim this story is true. Beckham's clear evidence proved that this is without foundation. We have already won a court ruling in Germany and are awaiting damages. Unfortunately, the US legal system requires us to show that the magazine acted maliciously. Any knowledgeable person knows this story not to be true, we will continue to fight this in court and the decision will be appealed.”

The court who ruled in favor of the hooker said that she was just exercising her right to free speech when she claimed that Beckham paid her £1,800 to have sex with him.

British plastic surgeon Dalia Nield was recently quoted in a newspaper saying that it’s “highly unlikely” that a breast enhancement cream made by Rodial could actually increase breast size by 2.5 centimeters without the need for surgery. Rodial is threatening to sue Nield for libel.

The cream has reportedly been used by Scarlett Johansson, Victoria Beckham, and Kelly Brook. Rodial has kept the ingredients and how the cream actually increases breast size a secret.

Nield said yesterday:

"As a surgeon I am well aware of the necessity for claims on medical products to be based upon rigorous scientific testing, as well as the possible dangers which can result from treatments. It is my duty to speak out when products making these claims are not backed up by evidence."

We think it’s ridiculous that Rodial is threatening to sue Dalia for making these comments! While we’re not sure what the parameters are on free speech in England, to think that a doctor could be sued for expressing her opinion on a medical product is ludicrous.

If Rodial’s product actually works, then it won’t matter what one doctor says about it!

Becks' lying hooker bitch has been served!

Bosnian Hooker Irma Nici is being sued by David Beckham for making claims that he paid to have sex with her. Beckham is also suing the magazine, In Touch Weekly, for publishing the story.

We told you guys you were headed for trouble, ITW!

Here's what a source had to say about Irma Nici's reaction when she got served:

"She looked totally unfussed as she looked through the writ for the first time. She just smiled and didn't look bothered. It is yet another outrageous show from her."

She won't be smiling soon, and neither will ITW. Here's an excerpt from Beckham's complaint against the magazine:

"The defamatory statements about Beckham are libellous and slanderous. These statements falsely accuse Beckham of criminal and adulterous activity.The defamatory statements expose him to hatred, contempt, ridicule and obloquy because they inaccurately portray Beckham as an unfaithful husband who put his wife's health at risk by engaging in sexual acts with prostitutes."

We would NOT want to be on the wrong end of this lawsuit. Looks like Irma Nici and ITW may be in some serious trouble!
