Which of these finds themselves in more trouble, Justin Bieber… or his car?!

The Biebs’ now infamous Ferrari made news again, after it was pulled over at around 12:30 this morning!

This time, the Ferrari — the same one involved in the paparazzo death back in January — was once again, not being driven by Justin, but by another man!

When cops pulled it over on Sunset Blvd. in El Lay, a woman was also in the car at the time, where the driver was cited for driving without a license.

Hmm… who could it have been? Lil Twist? A member of Justin’s entourage?

Shortly after, the man, woman and the Ferrari were picked up by another man in an SUV, who left his car at a gas station closeby.

Still no word yet from Justin, but it sounds like he better keep his car on lockdown! Trouble always seems to find it!

Well this is confusing!!

So even though Ryan Reynolds made Blake Lively his blushing bride on September 9, they didn't legally marry until September 14.

Cuz in South Carolina, you have to wait 24 hours from a license request for it to actually process. And they submitted it on the 13th.

Of course, this was all part of their master plan, we're sure. They wanted to make sure this thing was as HUSH HUSH as possible.

And they succeeded!! Even the cake baker had no idea what was going on. They just thought it was a normal client order. Ha!

Oh and the lil kids who sung at their ceremony?? Their parents were made to sign non-disclosure agreements before they could participate. But now they have bragging rights that we're sure are already on countless bumper stickers.

But bottom line is this — their technical anniversary is 9/14, not 9/9. But which will they honor in the years to come?? Hmm…

Well, taking away her license sure as hell didn't do any good. Maybe now an end can come of this madness!

This morning, Amanda Bynes was caught YET AGAIN behind the wheel of her BMW by the police. The former child star, who's already been apprehended by the cops TWICE since her license was suspended, was pulled over in Burbank, CA at 9:00AM and issued a misdemeanor ticket for unlawfully cruising about town.

Thankfully, no one was hurt, but since no one else was willing to do it, the cops took things a step further and impounded her car upon discovering all the trouble that Amanda has been causing.

We don't want to be insensitive — especially if something more serious is going on — but really, where are her loved ones to keep her in check? Obviously, between the multiple "accidents" and her apparent drug use, she needs someone to step in and help her get her life back on track.

Time to start taking care of yourself, Amanda … and maybe hire a driver.

Really, Amanda Bynes? REALLY!?

Hard to see the car in front of you when you have a SCARF AND DARK LENSES CONFLICTING YOUR LINE OF VISION, RIGHT?!

It's bad enough this gurl is driving with a suspended license while toking on the reefer, but now she's impairing her vision as she blatantly disregards the law and safety of others too.

As we reported earlier, the actress who refuses to take a taxi got into ANOTHER automobile accident on Thursday night in West Hollywood. She was pulling out of a parking lot and collided with a car in front of her.

Which she could've avoided … if she didn't have THAT SCARF OVER HER FACE (above)!

Peekaboo! We see you!

We just wish she could see us too. You know, so she doesn't run us over.

Oh and are those sunglasses she's wearing? At night? Underneath a piece of cloth covering her face? The answer to all of the above is, unfortunately, yes.

Watch out, El Lay. Until the law decides to start tailing her so paparazzi don't have to, we're afraid Mz. Bynes is a danger to the entire city.

Ugh.

This is just sad to see…

As we reported earlier, Amanda Bynes was cruising all around El Lay on Tuesday with a suspended license WHILE she was smoking what looks like marijuana.

The photo (above) is cold, hard proof that after a DUI and TWO hit-and-run charges, she just hasn't learned her lesson.

Time to get off the road, gurl. And whatever else you might be on!

Uh oh.

Amanda Bynes is in trouble.

Due to another run-in with the police, the D.A. has put on record that Bynes was ordered not to drive without a valid driver's license and valid insurance.

The only reason she wasn't arrested on the scene of her last run in was because the police did not scan her license. If they had, it would've come up as suspended.

Bynes' next hearing is set for September 21st where the conditions of her freedom and her bail will be addressed by the presiding
judge who said:

"It would seem like Ms. Bynes would need to be here in court on that day."

Dayum!!!

Bail?

Is Bynes going to get some jail time?

We hope she doesn't, but we also hope she doesn't get behind the wheel of a vehicle again for a long time.

We're very conflicted.
