Uh Oh!!

Let this be a reminder to everyone else that tax time is HERE!!! We all need to do them, and the sooner the better 'less we wanna end up like Sean Kingston!!

Apparently he owes the IRS $131,379 in back taxes. Eh… that's a big number, but for Hollywood, we give that a level 2 on the YIKES scale.

We think he can easily pony up the cash before Uncle Sam takes his New York digs on East 42nd Street!!!

We're shocked not exactly surprised to report that Lindsay Lohan didn't pay her federal income taxes in 2009.

Whether she did it on purpose or it simply slipped her mind, she owes $93,701.57 to the IRS who have obtained a lien against her.

WWE Superstar John Cena has allegedly failed to pay a Florida roofing company $15,214.92 for work they did on his house.

Since the company has obtained a lien, they could go after his house if he doesn't pay what he owes!

What gives? That doesn't seem like too much money for a guy like Cena. Maybe the roofers didn't complete the job to Cena's satisfaction or maybe he's in financial trouble.

Or maybe the check got lost in the mail, but we doubt that will hold up in court. Ha!

Apparently Manny Ramirez is really bad at paying people, especially when it comes to landscaping.

THREE separate companies have filed liens against the baseball player, claiming they were never paid for the work they did on his grounds — including his pool cabana.

You'd think paying people for services rendered would be a priority, especially when you have the scratch to do it… which is why we don't understand why they weren't paid.

Regardless, Manny and his wife owe more than $20,000 to these companies!

With the liens filed, if Manny doesn't pay up, the house could be sold to cover the debts.

Sounds like there's a super easy solution here, Manny!

Everyone has to eventually.

In July, Balthazar Getty and his wife were hit with a $96,498 lien for delinquent state taxes. That wasn't such good news for Balthazar, since he had just been dropped from Brothers & Sisters, but sources are reporting that the couple have now paid off their debt.

Getty's publicist told sources:

"They're not denying they had a lien. They're telling me it's taken care of and it's a non issue."

Hope it doesn't become an issue-issue again! For his sake!

And this is the second lien filed against the property this year!

John J. Churey Construction, Inc. has filed a lien against Celine Dion for $28,000 for work on the singer's unfinished home in Jupiter Island, Florida.

She allegedly has not paid on a $68,960 concrete pumping project.
