But the question is, does she WANT him to talk to her??

Two months after being arrested on domestic violence and battery charges, Manny Ramirez is now allowed to speak with his wife Juliana. A judge had initially put a restraining/no contact order in place, but after both parties went to court on Thursday, the order has been lifted.

He still is unable to live with her - that is unless there is a change when the two meet again at their next hearing on December 14.

Just dump the bum, honey. If he hits you, who says he won't do it again?? We hope you've learned a lesson, Manny.

Oh, how convenient.

On Friday, Chris Brown asked a judge to get the restraining order against him lifted.

Brown wants the order to change from "stay away" to "do not annoy." This would remove the part of the restraining order that requires him to stay 50 yards away from Rihanna.

Conveniently, Brown is asking for the order to be lifted just in time for the Grammys.

However, his rep, Tammy Brook, denies this, saying:

"This court date and the lifting of the restraining order is part of the planned ongoing legal proceedings. The date was scheduled months ago. Chris Brown is very thankful for his Grammy nominations, but due to scheduling conflicts, he will not be attending the Grammys."

Suuuuuure.

The judge praised Brown on his progress, but a decision was not made as a legal representative for RiRi could not be reached.

Oh well. Maybe next year.

This is probably for the best.

Teen Mom's Amber Portwood and ex-boyfriend Gary Shirley went back to court on Friday to try to convince a judge to end their 'no contact' order.

Seems like the Indiana judge thinks (as do we!) that the couple needs to spend their time apart for right now as he has denied their request.

Amber allegedly wanted to get back with her baby daddy before the 'no contact' order was put in place last month.

Come on, kids. Just focus on growing up and being responsible parents before you create any more dramz by getting back together.
