We wonder if you can be so fit that it becomes unhealthy…
On the next episode of TLC's mind-blowingly weird tv series MY CRAZY OBSESSION, we get to meet America's fittest family — Nick, Callie and their two children. They're obsessed with working out and maintaining muscular physiques, if you couldn't guess!
How obsessed? Well, in the video (above), you'll see that Nick typically consumes over 10,000 calories per day in order to keep up with his extreme workout regimen. Oh, and his five-year-old daughter can lift more than double her body weight!
It's one thing to see Hollywood's leading men with the results of their workouts, instead of their actual workouts. How many times have you wondered what kind of things The Rock did to his body to get it into that kind of shape??
Wonder no more — Twitter is a glorious thing! LOLz!
The Rock tweeted the pic above with the following caption:
There really isn't much we can say about this, which is a shame, because there should probably be lengthy dissertations on the subject! LOLz!!
This is a video (above), courtesy of Ellen Degeneres of course, involving a woman who screams like a maniac while weight-lifting, and her animal kingdom counterpart.
A brand new study has found that weight lifting can seriously cut your chances of getting heart disease or diabetes!
Researches studied over 5,000 people and found who lifted weights.
Then they measured for metabolic syndrome, which is several risk factors including a large waist circumference, high triglyceride levels, low HDL (good) cholesterol levels, elevated blood pressure and high glucose.
All of those are risk factors for both heart disease and diabetes.
