Are we seriously supposed to believe party queen Lindsay Lohan didn’t give in to temptation at Coachella?

That’s almost like believing Taylor Swift isn’t going to write songs about future ex-boyfriends!

We just might have to buy this tall tale as LiLo is insisting she stayed far away from drugs and alcohol while at the music festival.

Why believe a word coming out of her mouth, you ask?

If there’s one thing we can count on with Lindsay Lohan it is that she will be late!

And the trouble-loving redhead didn’t let us down last night as she showed up oh-so late to the Scary Movie 5 premiere.

That was AFTER she was lectured by producers to get there on time!

But little LiLo just can’t seem to tell time be punctual, and she ended up arriving 30 minutes after the red carpet was scheduled to close!

Uh…that’s pretty damn late!

But hey, at least she arrived. And she took some pics with Charlie Sheen.

That's like major work for the resident party girl!

Unfortunately, that was about all she did because Lindz then took off into the screening without greeting fans, which she really should do considering her fans are probably quickly dwindling.

Gotta hold onto what you’ve got!

Now that the exhausting and totes demanding premiere is done, LiLo can focus on more important things like rehab Coachella.

Hey, at least she caught her flight!

Who cares if we don't understand why she's wearing chaps.

Lindsay Lohan is on top of her game as much as she can be as she is officially in El Lay for the Scary Movie 5 premiere!

And you know what that means…red carpet pics to come!

Considering she made it to her Late Show with David Letterman appearance on time and now she’s on schedule for the premiere, we almost don’t recognize LiLo.

Even though she arrived bright and early at LAX, our little legally troubled friend didn’t seem too worse for the wear.

Maybe she actually managed to stay away from the clubs before hopping on the plane!

Whoa, is she actually getting her shizz together??

We won't hold our breath on this one just yet, but here's hoping!

Lindsay Lohan might actually be able to avoid jail with a rehab stay!

That is if she doesn’t break the rules and ditch!

If all goes according to plan then LiLo will be checking into rehab on schedule by a place approved by all sides.

We never thought we'd see the day!

A source revealed how everything is finally falling into place:

“A facility in New York has been selected that appears to meet all of the criteria set forth by the judge that was made in Lindsay Lohan’s plea deal in her lying to cops case.”

Final approval is expected THIS week!

But of course, LiLo won't be checking in until her Coachella partying is over.

LiLo actually thought she could save her friend who owns the Dream Hotel in NYC by inviting his closest friends and family to express their concerns about his partying.

Uh, LiLo concerned about someone else’s partying?!

We’re not totally surprised to hear someone close to Lindsay Lohan was just arrested for possessing a shizz ton of drugs.

Vikram Chatwal was bu-bu-busted at the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport when he foolishly tried to take a whole lotta drugs on the plane.

Because airport security it totes casual!

LiLo’s buddy - and occasional boyfriend? - who owns her fave Dream Hotel was caught with the drugs on his person, in his crotch and in his bag. He was packing 6 grams

What happened to Lindsay Lohan?

We know she partied it up in Brazil - and even took a little tumble - but those are some rough looking bruises!

LiLo has been sporting them for a few days, but we would’ve guessed they’d be looking better by now.

But they’re actually looking worse!

Even LiLo’s teeny bikini can’t distract us from those bruises!

Whatever happened to cause that damage, we hope it doesn’t happen again.

Watch your partying in high heels, LiLo! (Just a guess!)
