Just another reason that the world should take this mess's latest trip to rehab seriously!

Lindsanity LOLhan clearly has her priorities in order for REALz this time, you guys, which is why she is spending her days shacked up in rehab really focusing on her recovery. Oh yeah, and of course, trying to exploit and ca$h in on her own addictions!

The hard-pAArtying wacktress is reportedly staging a photo shoot so she can sell the exclusives images to the highest bidder!

A source explains:

"Lindsay hasn't worked in so long that the only way she makes money now is from selling photographs. She can make an easy $30,000 to $40,000 a pop for a few hours work. However pictures of her in rehab getting better could sell for as much as $100,000. Nothing with Lindsay surprises me anyone. You would think she would be focusing on dealing with her addictions not staying photo shoots. But this is who this girl is. She never thinks about the long-term solution but rather is always looking for the quick fix."

Just as we expected!

Congratulations, bb! Sell that shiz while you can!

Because soon enough, you'll be in and out of jail and rehab so often that nobody will want to spend a dime on these pictures!

You'll just be a drug-addict and a has-been! Oh wait…you already are!

She's ain't Britney, bitch! (That's for damn sure!)

News has reached Lindsay Lohan's room at the Betty Ford clinic that there are those looking to file for a conservatorship over her life. So far, the three contestants are her business manager, her mother Dina Lohan and her oh-so-awful douchey father Michael Lohan.

Sources close to Lindsay in rehab say that the recovering coke fiend is telling people that she will fight like hell to keep that from happening. No matter who it is, she has pledged to personally go to court and fight back against the ruling.

Wow! You mean she actually wants to take some responsibility for her actions? We would have thought that she would have loved a person to rein all the blame on the next time she screws up. (And rest assured, there will be a next time.)

What say you to all this, Dina Lohan? We'd ask you, Michael, but we know sooner or later you'll tells us anyway.

No one every really hears much from Michael Lohan Jr. He pretty much keeps to himself, keeps out of his parent's and LiLo's craziness.

But this past week, we finally heard from junior, who spoke out against so-called "enablers" and "leeches" that have made his sister's life that more difficult!

Enter the biggest leech of them all, his father, Michael Lohan Sr., who is once again seizing the opportunity to lash out at his ex-wife Dina Lohan, this time through a different spawn of their evil!

Papa Lohan is calling into question the sincerity of his son's remarks. He believes that Junior is only "pawn" and mouthpiece being used by Dina to spread her "BS" about LiLo. Michael explains:

"Being that Dina has been gagged due to her constant lies to the press, media, public, courts and people in general, she is using a normally quiet and innocent person as her mouthpiece. First, to spread her BS, and second as her new pawn…While my wonderful son studied as a straight-A business major in college — and I got him offers from two Wall Street firms — Dina now has been pitching a movie she is 'producing' with Michael as the starring role. Michael is the best person Dina has in her corner and she is even using him. Her own son! And it goes deeper! How sick is this."

Pretty effing sick! Do any of the Lohan children have anyone to rely on for parental guidance?! Anyone?

First, let's state the obvious here! Michael, you don't have enough connections to get him into a screening of Wall Street, must less a job at a firm and the likelihood of Dina getting Junior to be in a movie is as much as Aliana and her eyebrows having a #1 single. Ain't never going to happen.

We want to believe that despite her insane parents, Lindsay has a solid supporter in her brother. Call us crazy, but we think he might not have been passed down the insanity gene. (Maybe he's the milkman's an agents kid?)

We're calling bullshit on this one!

Despite Lindsanity blowing any chance at getting her career back and being completely un-hirable, some 'producer' named Nathan Folks claims that he's interested in casting the hard-pAArtying wacktress as a Salt-esque former CIA agent in a new project, called Escaping the Game.

He claims:

“From the title alone you can only imagine that this film is right up her alley. We believe that Lindsay is perfect for the role, and because of her experience as a tormented starlet, she is ideal to play the role in this very high concept story. She has what it takes to pull it off. Studios have dealt with this problem for many years; the only difference now is that it’s more public because of the internet. Robert Downey Jr. had problems and he still was able to make films. You hire a full-time assistant that their entire job is to make sure the star does not do any drugs or alcohol during production. You put their salary in an escrow account for the entire duration of the production and when filming is completed to the satisfaction of the producer then you release the funds to the actor. In this situation I am putting up half of the funds for the film and then allowing the investor that puts the second half of the money first out. It is a $10 million dollar film, financed easily, and everyone is happy.”

UH. YEAH RIGHT.

Not only is LiLo NO Robert Downey Jr., but we're pretty sure that this is some shady hack 'producer' using her name to get press for whatever bullshit project he's trying to get off the ground!

This is an interesting turn!

Unlike the rest of his family, Lindsay Lohan's younger brother, Michael Jr., normally avoids the spotlight, but in the wake of his sister's latest fuck-up, he is speaking out on her behalf!

He says in a statement:

"I think that in the past, her vision had been blurred. People she was surrounded by – enablers, leeches, whatever you'd like to call it – made things very difficult. It's quite strenuous to right your wrongs when the people around you help justify your actions. Therefore, cloudy judgment made it easy for her to neglect those trying to guide her. People with addictive tendencies do not get better overnight, so that cannot be expected. However, her commitment to her current recovery is a side effect of the realization of her past mishaps. She is well-aware that she's at a crossroad in life, and is fully committed to ensuring a healthier future. She has made conscious efforts to improve her lifestyle behaviors and to treat this process with great care. In order to continue her healing process, she's willing to take whatever steps necessary. We – her mother, brothers, and sister – have been there for Lindsay every step of the way – despite what trashy news reports – and will continue to give her our support and strength during these arduous times."

We're impressed! He seems like a rational, well-spoken kid!

We think the judge should place Lindsay under HIS conservatorship!

He's clearly the only person in that family who actually as her best interest at heart!

Excuses, excuses!

Now that Lindsanity LOLhan has check herself back into rehab, sources close to hard-pAArtying wacktress claim that she's hoping that Judge Fox will let her defer her jail sentence, so she can get a full 45 days of treatment instead of being thrown back behind bars!

The insider confirms:

"Lindsay is still being assessed by her treatment team but the team is saying that she should spend at least 45 days getting in-patient treatment. It's going to take her body at least 30 days to get the substances out of her system. Her body needs to do a lot of healing, and the doctors want to treat her after the remnants of the drug use have left her body. The real work begins after that has occurred, and that is when progress begins to happen. Lindsay is required to be at the hearing. She will be there. She will be escorted by at least one person from the rehab facility to make sure she doesn't stray. It's likely that a member of Lindsay's treatment team will also be called to testify. At that point, if Lindsay is making improvements, Lindsay's team would ask Judge Fox to not put her in jail at all, or defer her sentence until she is finished with her in-patient treatment. The fact is jail doesn't scare Lindsay. Before she did her time earlier this summer, she was petrified. Having spent time behind bars, it doesn't have that effect on her. Jail isn't a deterrent for her, period."

And blah blah blah blah blah.

It's the same old coked out song and dance!

We don't even know why anybody is bothering at this point - this girl is going to whatever the eff she wants to, regardless of the consequences.

It doesn't matter how long she's in jail OR rehab.

Such a lost cause. So sad.

No, she's serious. Remember, this is the same girl who thought doing one line of coke wouldn't show up on her drug test.

Take from that what you will.

Lindsay Lohan has her lawyers working like busy beavers. Besides working on her "pity me" speech for her next court hearing, she also is looking to have a lawsuit dismissed claiming that she stole the "secret formula" for her spray tanning products.

Her lawyers filed the motion for White Wave International Labs to dismiss the case and included the following statement from Miz Blohan:

"Although I have been a spokesperson for Lorit, LLC, and its Sevin Nyne product, I had no involvement in where or how the Sevin Nyne product is marketed and sold or in the marketing strategy for the product."

Somewhere further down in the statement, she makes a point of saying that since she only visits Florida for "pleasure" and not work, the Florida court has no jurisdiction over her. Then she spews this gem: "I am of sound mind."

Nice of you to share, but your mind is not on trial with these people. Let Judge Fox tackle that one next month!

Everyone's weighing in on the Lindsanity!

The latest to comment on the hard-pAArtying wacktress' most recent legal mess is the director of Georgia Rule, Garry Marshall, who should know all about her drunk ass shenanigans from the written bitch-slapping the head of the Morgan Creek, James G. Robinson, gave her while the flick was in production!

Marshall says:

"[Lindsay and I] had a good time… I feel bad that she's going through all this and I hope she gets it together. She's gotta go through the process. She said she thought she was good, she slipped, she's back and forth, but you know, she's got a great heart, and as soon as she gets situated where she can change, this is what we need. I am not a psychiatrist, I'm a film director - which is part psychiatrist, mind you… I got to know her - she's young and going through the Hollywood process of being in front of everybody and all the media, and that affects you. I hope she can come out of it, because she's really, really talented. [She's] really a good actress. So I hope she doesn't waste this gift that she was given."

Yeah - we would have agreed with him, if this were still 2007, but we think it's pretty clear at this point that gurl is a lost cause, and has no chance of EVER getting her career - or sobriety - under control again!
