Following his first big round of courtroom fun with Lindsay Lohan, new lawyer Mark Heller gave a press conference outside the courthouse Wednesday.

With his lucky rabbit foot by his side, he said:

"Her life has been under a magnifying glass with a great public interest in her case… I am very proud to be a part of this process to make sure justice is served."

The reporters continued to mention that if Lindsay were to plead no contest, she would agree to six months of lock-down rehab and no jail.
