WTF?! These two are playing out EVERY little detail of their break up in the media - and it needs to end!

Oksana Grigorieva's legal team have had enough of Mel Gibson. The actor refuses to pay the $20,000 monthly child support ordered by the judge until he gets clarification whether the sum includes Oksana's housing costs.

Mel has been paying $5,000 per month in addition to her housing and he will continue to do so until he meets with the judge in November.

A source close to Oksana said:

"It's simple — Mel wants baby Lucia to pay rent. Mel is holding out on the child support that has been ordered by a judge because he wants to charge Lucia $6,000 each month for rent, even though she is not yet 12 months-old, to live in the home where she and her mother reside.

What kind of a father would do that to his daughter?"

Pretty dramatic, don't ya think?!

Oksana's new attorney, Lisa Bloom, added:

“He has a lot of excuses as to why he is not paying, but the bottom line is that, just like any ordinary person, who has to pay their court ordered child support, wealthy celebrities also have to pay it too. We are going to fight until Mel Gibson pays every penny of the court ordered child support."

She only just became her lawyer, and she's already whipping out the claws!

Oksana Grigorieva's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, was in court this morning to discuss her client's baby daddy Mel Gibson and his backed child support payments, and referred to him as a "deadbeat dad!"

Bloom is apparently infuriated because his lawyer's are "bullying Oksana" by making her endure days of depositions, while Gibson has yet to sit down for one!

Ouch!

Well maybe this kind of ferocity is what Oksana needs to get this mess taken care of!

So says her new lawyer, Lisa Bloom.

There seems to be some safety issues concerning Oksana Grigorieva and Mel Gibson's baby girl, Lucia. This morning, Lisa walked out of a courthouse and gave the awaiting sources this cryptic message:

"There are concerns about the baby."

Then, she walked away, refusing to elaborate. What could these be all about? Could it have something to do with the story we heard about the overseeing judge placing a protective order prohibiting Oksana's own bodyguard from going near the baby?

When Michael Lohan wakes up in the morning, he takes a sip of haterade, then pulls the lever on his See 'n Say to find out who he should harp on that day for attention.

This morning, the lucky bastards are his daughter's doctors!

Papa Lohan has his lawyer, Lisa Bloom, looking into an investigation of Lindsay Lohan's doctors. Michael believes that the Attorney General of California should make the time to look into the "unscrupulous doctors" who allegeldy "overprescribe medications to [Lindsay]."

Michael still stands by his claims that Lindsay is an addict, one who continues to get legally high on pills through a "giant legal loophole." And just to make things that more interesting, Michael cites Anna Nicole Smith's case and urges the Attorney General to give him LiLo that same amount of attention.

This better be good!

After allegations that he attacked his fiancee, Kate Major, AND has been charged with harrassment, Michael Lohan's attorney has released the following statement.

Lisa Bloom said:

It was widely and incorrectly reported today that Michael Lohan was charged with a crime. Though Michael Lohan has not yet been served with any summons, I have reviewed the second degree harassment offense charge that has been filed and made public. Second degree harassment, if proved, is a violation, not a crime. It is not even a misdemeanor. Most often, second degree harassment violations are resolved by the payment of a fine of up to $250. Second degree harassment is the lowest level charge that can be brought in connection with an alleged domestic violence incident, when there are no substantial physical injuries alleged, which is the case here.

Michael Lohan continues to maintain that he is 100% innocent.

Riiiiiiight. We hope Michael and Lindsay both their time in the slammer.

Of course she was! Blame the Stoli instead of your fist on her blackout!

Michael Lohan has made an official statement through his lawyer about the allegations of violence against him. He says that he "never physically abused" his lady lover Kate Major and that she was "heavily intoxicated" at the time of the incident in question.

Here's the statement from Michael's lawyer, Lisa Bloom:

"Michael Lohan 100% denies each and every one of Kate Major’s allegations. He has never threatened to harm her, never assaulted her, and never physically abused her in any way.

Kate was heavily intoxicated during the verbal argument between Michael and Kate in the early afternoon on Monday. Michael Lohan has been clean and sober for six years.

Michael Lohan is fully cooperating with the police investigation. No charges have been filed. He expects to be fully vindicated."

UGH! Will this man ever just shut the eff up?!?

We've run out of ways to call this tool pathetic! This is just so unbelievable sad! (and possibly staged…)

Given his track record - and his present, in courtroom douchery, who knows if the judge will take him seriously?

Things are not going well for LaLoca at her hearing right now, but that still didn't stop Judge Marsha Revel from shutting down Father of Year and #1 Famewhore Michael Lohan from speaking to the courts.

She suggested he write a letter if he had something to say, and of course, has already had his lawyer, Lisa Bloom, draft up a letter requesting that his daughter not be placed in jail!

He instead hopes that Lindsanity can be placed somewhere where her alleged prescription drug use can be monitored!

The letter states:

"Michael desperately wants to avoid seeing his daughter become the next Hollywood statistic."

It also says that her post-DUI, 84 minutes in jail made LA a "laughing stock of our criminal justice system," and she should be placed in a private rehabilitation facility in New York that also accommodates family therapy!

Goodness, if he weren't such a psycho we'd think he makes some sense! But we all know better than to give him the benefit of the doubt!
