Remember that customer that didn't order the cardboard salad at Real Housewives' Lisa Vanderpump's restaurant, but still had it brought to her TWICE? Well Lisa is denying the whole thing happened — and that the unhappy customer just doesn't exist!

It's just too bad the waiter wrote an apology note to the customer. Now there's proof of it!

Villa Blanca is owned by the wonderful and powerful Real Housewife Lisa Vanderpump, so you'd think they'd be held to higher standards than this! One upset diner is FURIOUS that she's vowed to never go back to the restaurant!

Despite it being a star-studded hot spot, this woman says she found CARDBOARD in her salad… twice!!

According to their website, the restaurant had 10 violations the last time the Health Department dropped by for inspection, including the following:

They were all out in support of Sharon Osbourne, Jack Osbourne (who was diagnosed with MS very recently), and The Race To Erase MS in their fight against MS on a global scale!

Oh, and Elton John totally performed!! A-MAZING!

You know what? When it comes to the fight against MS, Sharon really hits it on the head: information is power! You have to study and read as much as you can and then figure out how you can fight back against a diagnosis! Never take no for an answer!

We're so inspired by all of this! We hope the cause keeps progressing like it has!!

Awww! We hate to see Lisa Vanderpump and Gleb Savchenko go!!

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has had it rough ever since Dancing with the Stars took off. She's been exhausted and has unfortunately passed out because of her fast-paced life, but after her not-so-hot performance with her partner Gleb on Monday's show — it was almost like she was destined to go.

Miz Vanderpump and Savchenko only received 18 points on episode four of DWTS, and even though the pair looked graceful, it just wasn't enough to keep 'em safe.

However, since Lisa is a team player, she was just happy that she got to be included in a competition with "gold medalists, Olympians, but most importantly just a wonderful bunch of people."

It looks like Dancing with the Stars has some new head honchos!!

With only 10 couples remaining in season 16 of ABC's dance show, the dancers got their boogie on last night to foxtrots, waltzes and paso dobles, and while we were used to Kellie Pickler and Derek Hough and Zendaya and Val Chmerkovskiy taking the lead… both couples' 26 points had nothing on Aly Raisman and her partner Mark Ballas' 27 points!

Even though Aly and Mark only beat the top couples by one point, they left judge Carrie Ann Inaba saying

No one wants their prom to end badly, but Wynonna Judd and Tony Dovolani unfortunately had the worst Dancing with the Stars prom night ever!
