Ashley Tisdale is taking her fitness SERIOUSLY!

She was once again spotted leaving her El Lay gym in cute spandex and a blue jacket, complimented by a stylish scarf, on Thursday morning.

We're glad to see that she's staying positive and focused despite her ABC Family show Hellcats being recently cancelled after just one season.

We're sure she'll find work soon, if she doesn't have anything already lined up. Who wouldn't want to cast her with a body like that?
