With great power comes great responsibility, but Sandra Bullock looks less concerned with her new power title than she is with being a fantastic mommy!

Sandy was spotted yesterday with her little man, Louis, in Texas taking her pups for a little training session.

This week, she was dubbed the most powerful actress in the biz, according to Entertainment Weekly, beating out many other more seasoned ladies.

Even still, the accolade is rightly deserved. La La Land is at her feet right now, there is nothing she can't do or have. She just chooses to rough it with the mom bit!

And that's why we love her!

While talking to the Today show's Matt Lauer, Sandra Bullock opens about about her son Louis, the adoption process and those close to them.

Here are some HIGHlights:

On Louis:
"He's a little Cajun cookie. How lucky am I?"

On adopting:
"It was a long process. I did not circumvent. I wanted to do everything exactly the same way everyone else did. And– it was– he was always mine, you know. It wasn't like I felt like someone was going to take him away. But it was nice to have someone say, I think you're a fit parent."

On finding the child for her:
"Everything works out the way the universe wants it to work out We had always said that it didn't matter where the child came from. If they had issues that were medical issues, we didn't care. It's like the child that needed us in the home is the child that's going to be placed.

And I didn't think it would be a boy. We don't have any boys in our family. Boy, is everyone really happy about that. So, he's like the crown prince. You know, it's nothing but girls in our family … It was just the hierarchy that needed to be broken."

On keeping the adoption secret:
"It takes good people with integrity. I mean, I read something like, how did someone keep a secret, and it's– you know– human beings exist that have integrity that know how to keep their mouth shut. That know the bigger picture, that don't sell out their friends. Those people are all over the place. But again, we don't like to talk about it, because it doesn't sell a magazine. But I was blessed with the same friends I've had since before things got really special for me and blessed in life.

And when things get bad, they're still the same friends. And, you know, it– everything passes. It all passes. But they just– you know, they know if they screw up they're not coming on the next vacation. I'm not going to babysit their kids. I will cut them. I will take them down.

I have friends and family that are filled with massive amounts of integrity. And it shouldn't be an oddity."

She has such a blessed life! Amazing.

A judge has granted Sandra Bullock a three-year restraining order against a man who has been stalking her, including traveling cross-country to get to her, after being released from a mental hospital.

Earlier this year, the stalker, named Thomas James Weldon, traveled to Wyoming from a Tennessee mental hospital in an attempt to meet Sandra.

Luckily for her and her family, Weldon was ordered to stay away from Sandra, her son Louis, as well as ex-husband Jesse James and his children.

Sandra's attorney Ed McPherson says, "It's obvious that this fixation on her has not changed despite seven years in the hospital in Tennessee."

Seven years in a hospital and he was still obsessed with Sandra??

Terrifying!

He should be behind bars!

At the MTV Movie Awards a few weeks ago, Sandra Bullock asked the world to return to normal and move past her ex-husband being a worthless piece of garbage.

She's gotten what she wished for as the paparazzi were out in force to catch a glimpse of Sandra coming out of her office in Austin yesterday. Following close behind her was baby Louis in the protective arms of her bodyguard.

Sandra Bullock was finally spotted out with her little man last week in Austin. She and Louis did some shopping and sources say she was smiling from ear to ear with delight as they perused baby stores.

She really does look happy! So nice to see!

Sandra Bullock and her adopted son, Louis Bardo Bullock, spending some quality time together in New Orleans' French Quarter!

The actress is apparently setting up shop in a home previously owned by novelist Anne Rice, and intends to raise Louis where he was born!

A source claims:

"New Orleans will give her a fresh start with her little boy… Sandra will be a hands-on mom and Louis will be her focus every day. Though it's been a tough time, Sandra still feels blessed and loved."

Unbelievable that she can keep her chin up through everything she's had to endure!
