We have no idea why John 'Bananas' Devenanzio thought he could sue HBO for featuring a character that shared his crazzzzy nickname and as it turns out, the judge had no idea either!
Entourage fans will definitely remember Johnny Drama's animated show Johnny Bananas — the show within a show which featured the fictional actor voicing a monkey. MTV Real World fans, on the other hand, MIGHT remember a nickname given to one of the cast members during a season in Key West, Florida.
