After being completely underdressed at the last event, January Jones tried to redeem herself Wednesday night at the 92Y Talks with Matthew Weiner and The Wives of Don Draper in NYC.

Unfortunately, it was underwhelming to say the least.

The Mad Men actress walked the green carpet in a cream colored dress, but unlike the sequins on her Iro jacket, she wasn't sparkling at all.

Add that to January's lifeless locks and two-tone heels and it was one big ball of 'blah'.

What happened to the girl we saw earlier this week? Bring her back!

Betty Draper Francis wouldn't be caught dead in this outfit!

It's like January Jones woke up and suddenly remembered that she had to go to the Paley Center in New York on Tuesday, and threw on whatever she could find.

Her red carpet outfit is way too eclectic for our taste. The dainty lace Zara top with the casual Textile Elizabeth and James denim jacket and those rock 'n' roll Helmut Lang leather leggings?

WE JUST DON'T GET IT!

She should've kept the top bun, red lips, and Christian Louboutin booties, and ditched the clothes for a seksi, colorblock Victoria Beckham dress.

Now THAT would've been awesome! Oh, well.

Unlike her co-star January Jones, Christina Hendricks kept things simple on Monday at the Mad Men BAFTA panel in New York City.

The busty redhead kept her precious assets under wraps in a long-sleeve black dress with sheer neckline and black pumps.

Opting for zero accessories, Christina's red lips and sassy fiery locks were the only things that gave her ensem some life.

Sorry Miz Hendicks, you may look nice, this is a complete snooze.

She sure knows how to modernize retro-looking pieces, doesn't she?

January Jones attended the Mad Men BAFTA panel held at the Harvard Club in NYC Monday night looking fresh and flirty!

The 35 year old wore a short printed Parker skirt, a black top and black Miu Miu shoes for the event, but what took it to the next level was her Versace leather jacket.

It really gave the look some edge and is the complete opposite from what her character, Betty Draper, excuse us, Betty Francis would wear on the show.

OOoooo shiny!!! We like!!!

Alexis Bledel, most recently known for playing Beth Dawes on the TV series Mad Men, decided to show off her vintage-glam engagement ring for the first time EVER at the premiere of Remembering Sunday. We’re glad she did, because it’s a sight to behold!!!

The stone is a large octagonal diamond, complete with an almost dizzying sparkle!!

This can only mean that Vincent Kartheiser, aka Pete Campbell from Mad Men, has great taste–both in women AND in jewelry. Alexis is one lucky gal!

Suddenly all the practice Vincent put into his proposal makes sense! WE wouldn't want to screw up proposing with a ring like THAT, either!! LOLz!

We couldn’t be happier for the beautiful couple, and can’t wait for the wedding!!!
