We like that Maksim Chmerkovskiy is in good spirits even though he doesn't have a job. LOLz

Last month, the professional dancer tried to say that he left Dancing with the Stars voluntarily, but then it was revealed that he was actually FIRED, so when we saw him out and about partying in El Lay on Saturday, we could only help but wonder what other lies he's been telling.

Maks hit up a poppin' PAR-TAY with his brother, Valentin Chmerkovskiy and a few friends, and seeing that he's currently looking for an acting career, we could see that he was role playing into a party animal.

Ever since he put up his dancing shoes, he's been rockin' the shiz out of Toms kicks, which leads us to think that he's just taking a break and ain't even worried about getting a job right now.

Because if you think about it, he did dance his butt off for 12 seasons of DWTS, and we can't hate on the man for wanting a break!!

Ugh! Maksim Chmerkovskiy is such a LIAR!!

The former Dancing with the Stars contestant made a total of 12 appearances on ABC's hit dance show, and just when we thought that he left because he wanted to pursue acting — that's faaaaar from the truth.

We always knew Richard Simmons wasn't all there, but we NEVER thought he would need the hosts on Access Hollywood Live to watch after him!

The fitness guru recently made an appearance on the talk show, and while he was there… he not only played with a bowl, did an "Indian" accent, lied on the couch, walked around with no direction, but he even threw a fit when Maksim Chmerkovskiy showed up.

It's very apparent that Simmons was struck by the 33-year-old dancer's handsome appearance, which makes sense 'cuz homeboy sure is seksi — but we just wish Richard would've acted his age.

After all, he is 64, so it's certainly time to grow up!!

Earlier this week, Maksim Chmerkovskiy officially ended his career with Dancing with the Stars, and although we know he'e looking to conquer new feats — we had no idea he would've found something so fast!

On Thursday, the 33-year-old dancer was spotted feeding a meter in West Hollywood, and we think he looks good standing in the open and putting monies in machines.

In fact, his handsome appearance with the sun glistening against his torn up shirt was so seksi that he should definitely consider helping people put $$$ in meters on a daily basis. LOLz

After all, we doubt anyone would mind seeing this hawt piece of a man frolicking up and down the streets, right?!?

But if that doesn't work, he can always stick to his plans and pursue an acting career!
