Ahhh!!!! Home Alone 5 Coming Soon…To Theaters ABC Family

home alone 5 is happening

We can't believe this movie is actually happening! It's like something out of an SNL parody sketch!

Even though the 2002 TV movie Home Alone 4: Taking Back The House was pretty much a disaster, ABC Family has decided that Home Alone 5 is a good idea.

ABC Fam has teamed up with Fox TV Studios on the fivequel, and we're hearing that production has already begun.

The film movie flick teleflick stars Malcolm McDowell, Debi Mazar, Edward Asner, Eddie Steeples, and Christian Martyn, and it's set to premiere as part of ABC Family's 25 Days of Christmas.

Here's how HA5 is being described:

If any guys were particularly turned on by Rooney Mara's nude scenes in The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, we got bad news — she's taken!

Vamp Out! Production Stills From New Alicia Silverstone Flick!

photos-from-vamps

Seems a little late in the game to be joining in on the vampire craze, but whatevs!

Check out some brand new stills from the upcoming, Amy Heckerling-directed Vamps, which stars Alicia Silverstone and Krysten Ritter as two female bloodsuckers living in NYC who must choose between immortality and love (above and below)!

Sigourney Weaver, Justin Kirk, and Malcolm McDowell also appear - the latter portraying Dracula!

Meh. Sounds kind of stupid, honestly.

But it's got a solid cast - and Heckerling DID make Clueless, after all!

What do U think? Will U go see Vamps?

The Annoying Orange Youtube Series Becoming Animated TV Show

Malcolm And Orange Team Up

Okay, before you cry out in frustration over this becoming an actual show, let us tell you a few things about it:

1. Tom Sheppard, Emmy winner for Pinky and the Brain, is writing it.
2. Malcolm McDowell is going to voice one of the characters.
3. Conrad Vernon, co-director of Monsters and Aliens and Shrek 2 is Executive Producing.
4. If it could possibly be that terrible with those three behind it, at least there have only been six episodes ordered.

Guys, Pinky and the Brain was INcredible! We were skeptical of this at first, because well, you've seen what the videos are like.

But that's an impressive list of talent behind the series, so we'll have to withhold judgment until we see a final product!

If you haven't seen it before, here's what it's about:

The Annoying Orange video series, which has amassed more than half-billion views on YouTube, features an orange with a human mouth and eyes heckling other characters, mostly other fruits and vegetables. The series has 7 million Facebook fans, it is the eighth-most-subscribed YouTube channel of all time and its app is in the Top 10 on iTunes.

Only time will tell, folks!

How do U feel about this new series??

New Details On American Psycho: The Musical

american psycho musical on its way

Back in February, we learned that a Broadway musical adaptation of Bret Easton Ellis' novel American Psycho was in the works, with music and lyrics by Spring Awakening's Duncan Sheik, and a script by Big Love's Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa.

Now that progress is underway on the musical, Sheik and Aguirre-Sacasa have decided to let the world in on new details about the project.

Here's Duncan Sheik on American Psycho's music:

"Think about Malcolm McDowell singing songs during A Clockwork Orange. He sang Singing in the Rain."

And here's Sheik on the play's target audience:

"Obviously, it's not for the people who want to see Elf."

LOLs. Here's what playwright Aguirre-Sacasa had to say about the project:

"There are murders, and they are on stage in full view of the audience. An ax and a chef's knife will be used. I think there's going to be a lot of blood."

And for those of you Ellis fans out there who loved the book, here are some scenes from the novel that the playwright hopes to include:

- Bateman lures business associate Paul Owen back to his Manhattan apartment. Bateman puts on a raincoat so his designer suit doesn't get bloody and hacks up Owen with an ax.

- He bumps into "Tom Cruise" in the elevator of the Upper West Side building where they both live. Bateman refers to Cruise's film Cocktail as Bartender. Cruise corrects him and points out that his nose is bleeding.

- Bateman and his yuppie friends compare business cards at a swanky Upper East Side restaurant. Noting his peers' classier cards, Bateman becomes so jealous he finds it hard to breathe.

We're liking what we're hearing, but we'd STILL like to see Jared Leto come back and sing while his character from the film version gets axed to death!

Are U excited for American Psycho: The Musical?
