London's mayor, Boris Johnson, decided to pull a little stunt as part of an Olympic celebration.

He was supposed to zip line above Victoria Park while waving two union jack flags.

He did zip line for a while until he eventually lost his momentum and came to a complete stop, dangling above the crowd.

He took the whole incident surprisingly well.

One of Ryanair's jetliners, with its 200 passengers on board, had to pull a uie and head right back to the airport when the pilot's window came loose!

The window had reportedly been duct-taped! DUCT-TAPED!!

Did Julie Taymor direct this live Aladdin Show??? LOLz!

Fortunately, nobody was injured so it doesn't appear that we have another Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark on our hands, but we were still disturbed to hear how a live Aladdin performance at Disney's California Adventure went horribly wrong! (above)

Hey! It happens to the best of them!

Lady GaGa kicked off the Good Morning America Summer Concert Series this morning for a MASSIVE crowd in Central Park, but unfortunately, during her opening number, Bad Romance, the zip-line on which she was supposed to travel to the stage decided to be a little uncooperative!

Thankfully, about halfway through the song, they were able to resolve the issue, and she, of course, KILLED IT!

An oxygen tank malfunction may have possibly contributed to the death of Martin Short's wife Nancy Dolman.

Dolman, 58, who was suffering from cancer since 2007, passed away last week.

In the 911 call right before her death, a woman can be heard saying that the bed-ridden Nancy "is not breathing" and "she's going to die," before requesting an ambulance.

The woman goes on to tell the 911 operator that "This patient… was on oxygen, we had problems with the gauge here in the tank, she’s off oxygen."

At the time of her death, the woman said that Nancy was surrounded by people.

So sad.

Martin has been nominated for an Emmy for his role in the FX show Damages, but will not be in attendance at Sunday night's awards show.

We wish him and his family the best.

Super Bowl, you now have the silver medal for funniest 'technical malfunction' story EVER!!

Time Warner Cable messed up big time in North Carolina when equipment failure caused Playboy's programming to appear on TWO children's OnDemand channels!

According to WRAL.com, while the menu listed information for children's shows on one side of the screen, previews of nude women having SEKSI talk appeared next to it!!

LOLz! We suppose it's never to early to teach your kiddies about sex? The whole mess took two hours to fix.

Spokesman Keith Poston issued the following statement:

“We’re very, very sorry it happened. We know parents are concerned. I have a 9-year-old. I’m a dad. I’d be concerned too. It was a technical malfunction that caused the wrong previews to be shown on our kids on-demand channels."

For some reason, we don't think parents will be graciously accepting that apology!!

They're going to be stuck at home attempting to explain to their kids what the 'funny looking lady' was doing on the TV!
