So much for seeing this "dream home" on Keeping Up With the Kardashians!

But why bother with all that work when it's just as easy to flip the property and sell it off for a million more than what was originally paid?

Which is apparently EXACTLY what Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have done with the 10,000 square foot Bel Air mansion the soon-to-be-parents bought less than TWO MONTHS ago!

As we've reported, the pair wanted to gut the original design to accommodate a 14,000-square-foot Italian villa (see pics below) with its own movie theater, bowling alley, basketball court, and spa, but apparently, this ended up being more of a bother than it was worth!

How DARE anyone try and break in to Rihanna's California King Sized Bed home…

BUT, some random dude DID dare, as he was CAUGHT wandering around RiRi's Pacific Palisades estate!

Neighbors noticed the stranger's odd presence at the Queen of Diamonds' residence and decided to take action by CONFRONTING the man!

They eventually held him until the cops arrived, and he has since been arrested.

The home invader reportedly claims someone emailed him instructions on how to find and get into Rihanna's house — which obviously worked — but we're unsure if he actually wanted to STEAL anything, or if he was just there in a creepy, pervert kind of way.

We don't believe Rihanna was home at the time seeing as we're pretty sure she's still in Hawaii…

But either way, how effing RUDE. And scary. And skin-crawlingly GROSS.

We’re not too sure Rihanna will be happy about this!

It seems that while RiRi is away, Chris Brown will play and this past weekend proved to be no exception!

We previously told you that Rihanna was off in London this weekend for Fashion Week and it looks like Breezy was reportedly in Houston with ex(?) Karrueche Tran!

The two separately took in the festivities of All Star weekend and then might’ve even had some not-so-secret sleepovers at a mansion that Chris rented out!

Last night, Karrueche supposedly also Instagrammed a pic while at the mansion, of one of the room’s ceilings, though she later deleted it!

Hmm… very interesting indeed!

The last reminiscence of a single Kim Kardashian is now just a sweet memory!

After 9 quiet months on the market, Kim's Beverly Hills house has been sold!

While both the buyer and the price are confidential, ownership was transferred in the past 48 hours with an asking price of approximately $5 million.

The deal couldn't have been made at a better time either. With baby Kimye due in July, Kimmy and Kanye West have just the right amount of time to finish nesting in their new $11 million Bel-Air mansion!

But the Tuscan-style house from Kim's brief single days lounging by the pool will never be forgotten!

Thank gawd for Keeping Up With The Kardashians re-runs! LOLz.
