LaToya Jackson Live Tweets First Day Of Dr. Murray's Manslaughter Trial!

LaToya Jackson may only describe herself via her Twitter handle as "a two-time bestselling author, entrepreneur, Grammy award winning songwriter, entertainer, philanthropist", and "champagne and cavair connoisseur", but we think she needs to add conspiracy theorist to that list!

Michael Jackson's sister has always been adamant regarding certain conspiracies regarding the pop icon's death, and during the first day of his doctor, Conrad Murray's Manslaughter trial, took to the social networking site to make some pretty strong accusations while in the courtroom!

Check out her Tweets throughout the day (below)!

What do U think?? Is LaToya on to something?

Billy Bob Thornton's Daughter Found Guilty Of Manslaughter In 1-Year-Old Girl's Death

billy bob thorntons daughter found guilty of manslaughter

It was two years ago yesterday that we first learned about the tragic death of a 1-year-old girl who was under the care of Billy Bob Thornton's estranged daughter Amanda Brumfield.

Now, we've learned that Brumfield has been found guilty of aggravated manslaughter in the 1-year-old's death.

As a recap, Billy Bob's daughter was babysitting the 1-year-old at the time, and claimed that the child "was trying to climb out of a playpen and hit her head," but the defense argued that the fall might have aggravated "a previous injury," which could have caused the infant's death.

Brumfield's sentencing is expected to take place this July.

Such a sad, awful situation. Our thoughts and prayers continue to go out to the parents of that poor child.

Jury Acquits Kerrigan Brother In Father’s Death

Nancy Kerrigan’s brother is off the hook.

She talked with reporters outside of the court where her brother Mark was being acquitted of manslaughter of their 70-year-old dad, saying that Mark had nothing to do with it and that their father never would have wanted him to be prosecuted.

Mark had been charged with grabbing his father around the neck during an argument, causing cartilage to fracture and his heart to fail.

But the jury decided that Mark was not involved in the death.

This story is messy and ugly. Glad it's over.

Nancy Kerrigan's Brother Awaiting Verdict On Manslaughter Charge

Nancy Kerrigan

Nancy Kerrigan's brother, Mark, is currently waiting for jury deliberations on whether or not he is guilty of killing his father, Daniel Kerrigan.

Mark got into a violent argument while intoxicated with his 70-year-old father who died from heart failure as a result on January 24, 2010.

The prosecutor referred to Mark as an "angry, mean, nasty, drunk son" while asking the jury for a guilty verdict under the charges of involuntary manslaughter and assault and battery on a person 60 years or older causing serious bodily injury.

We would naturally assume this would tear the Olympic gold medalist's family apart, but Nancy and her mother, Brenda, actually SUPPORT Mark. In fact, Brenda even testified on his behalf.

Although accused of grabbing his father around the neck during the fight that may have lead to his death, Brenda said the altercation lasted only a few seconds with Mark never touching his father's neck. Instead, she claims she saw her son "bear hug" her husband around his waist, then watched him fall to the floor "like a feather coming right out of the sky."

Guilty or not, this is a pretty awful circumstance for any family to go through.

If convicted of manslaughter, Mark could serve simple probation or up to 20 years in prison, while the assault and battery charges carries a maximum sentence of 10 years.

Dr. Conrad Murray Calling Jackson Children As Witnesses In MJ Manslaughter Trial!

So heartbreaking.

Dr. Conrad Murray is reportedly set to call in Paris and Prince Jackson as two defense witnesses in the manslaughter trial against him over the death of Michael Jackson, because he believes their testimony could prove that the pop icon was indeed a drug-addict.

The source said:

"After saying goodbye to her dad at the hospital, Paris said, 'My daddy is so cold again. He was always cold. He would sit by the fire to get warm. We were always afraid he would fall in as we was so close to the flames. He couldn't get warm. Now there he is… so cold.' Prince and Paris knew their dad relied on Dr. Murray to survive and knew their father adored him. Their comments, if they back him, could save him from jail because it would work well in the eyes of a jury."

We think these poor children have been put through enough, and it's awful that he's going to make them have to relive everything that they went through with their father's death.

We just hope that this fiasco is over with soon enough - it's been far too long already.

What do U think?? Should Prince and Paris have to testify??

Michael Jackson Doctors Escape Charges!

Seven doctors who had treated the late Michael Jackson will not face charges, unlike Dr. Conrad Murray who was charged with involuntary manslaughter in February.

Investigators decided not to bring charges against the other doctors even though one of the doctors was referred to the state medical board for prescribing meds to one of Jackson's aliases.

Lucky break!

Nancy Kerrigan's Brother's Bail Terms Changed

So tragic.

Nancy Kerrigan's brother, Mark, was charged with manslaughter in the death of their father, Daniel. The family posted his $25,000 bail and he has since been living at home with his mother while he is monitored with a GPS device.

However, Judge Jane Haggerty reportedly changed the terms of his restrictions to accomodate him while he undergoes knee surgery! Mark will now be able to go to the edge of mother's property on Mondays to take out the trash, and help his mother with the yard work. He will also not have to wear the GPS during the surgery.

We know Mark is not well, so we hope he can handle the added leniency.

Such a difficult situation.
