neil patrick harris margarita mexico 1

THIS IS THE BEST THING.

We have never seen anything better than this, certainly not on Instagram. We really wish they gave out Instagram awards, because Neil Patrick Harris would win all of them.

Here is the story of Neil's last day in Mexico, and his amazeballz attempt to document how many margaritas he could drink before the end.

Margarita #1 : (ABOVE)

This is obviously the beginning of a very important drinking challenge, where he wrote:

"Last day of our Mexico adventure. Let's see just how many margaritas I can drink. Cheers!"

You know this is gonna be fab! Let's take a little tropical drink adventure with NPH, shall we???

Lindsay Lohan Drinks Alcohol? Blames Grandma! What?!

Lindsay Lohan DOES NOT DRINK, you guys!

And the Scary Movie 5 actress who may be facing 8 months (or more!) in jail totally didn't order a salted margarita during a holiday/birthday family celebration dinner this past weekend!

You hear us! LiLo would NEVER do that! She likes her margaritas without salt.

The Lohan clan met up to wish the happiest of birthdays to Ali Lohan and Michael Jr., and the whole fam posed for an adorable picture…

But what is that drink sitting right in front of Our Lady of Perpetual Chaos seen HERE?!

Oh not to worry, Lilo was simply keeping an eye on it for her GRANDMA, who apparently favors VIRGIN strawberry flavored margs.

We totes believe you Lindsay… because it's Christmas eve and we wanna believe in miracles!

Bethenny Frankel's Skinnygirl Margarita Facing ANOTHER Lawsuit

Bethenny Frankel Skinnygirl Lawsuit

Despite already changing the label from reading "100% Blue Agave tequila" to simply "premium Blue Agave tequila," a New York couple is suing the company behind Bethenny Frankel's Skinnygirl Margartias for false advertisement.

Their argument against Beam Global concludes that the tequila included in the bottled margarita is "a lower quality and purity tequila by-product called mixto— essentially a mash of tequila and some unknown additives (rarely organic) which may comprise as much as 49% of the final mixed liquor."

As if offering further proof that the alcoholic beverage does not contain the stated premium tequila, their lawyer added, "100% blue agave is not stuff people mix."

That lawyer and lawsuit do recognize that the Beam team removed the "100%" part from the label, but still aren't happy with even the mention of Blue Agave because, according to them, the "entire marketing campaign, both its advertising and labeling, is based on falsehoods."

This legal action is an amended version of a $10 million class action lawsuit against the drink that started over false claims by the manufacturer that Skinnygirl margarita is "all natural" with "no preservatives."

Beam team calls Christopher Rapcinsky and Erin Baker's lawsuit "frivolous" and maintains their innocence, saying:

"Skinnygirl Margarita is made with premium blue agave tequila and meets the highest quality standards. We will defend our case vigorously, and we are fully confident we will prevail."

We're pretty confident they'll prevail too as long as Skinnygirl contains ANY amount of Blue Agave tequila. Do U think this lawsuit stands a chance in court?

Bethenny Frankel Introduces Skinnygirl Ponytails

Bethenny Frankel is slowly expanding her brand everyday. The Bravo starlet is yet again promoting something new — this time it’s ponytails!

Beth has teamed up with trendy Drybar, a salon that just blowdries and styles your hair (no cutting or coloring involved), to introduce her Skinnygirl ponytail.

The new style will hit their New York and Los Angeles stores in November so now you can sip on your Skinnygirl margarita while getting a Skinnygirl hairdo.

Reveals Frankel:

“There are many styles: the messy pony, the sexy pony, the sleek pony. I’m finding out that it’s more difficult than I thought. I don’t do a good ponytail — it’s hard to do it on yourself.”

She went on to add:

“Their menu is a cocktail menu of hairstyles, so it’s a good synergy. Eventually, as the partnership grows, there could be a hairstyle for what the margarita means … like maybe a more Latin look.”

Check out the video above to watch the Skinnygirl Ponytail being created.

Bethenny Frankel Responds To Cocktail Carcinogen Criticism

Bethanny Frankel response to criticism

After Skinnygirl Margarita was pulled from the shelves of Whole Foods, a grocery store known for it's healthy choices, Bethenny Frankel has had some explaining to do!

According to Whole Foods, they "had to stop selling" Bethenny's product because "it contains a preservative that does not meet our quality standards."

It turns out the preservative in question, called sodium benzoate, can become carcinogenice if mixed with other substances!

Although Bethenny let some words fly to the press, she has finally made a formal statement on her website, writing:

"There has been a lot of coverage in the media about my Skinnygirl Margarita cocktail.

We would not sell anything that I don’t personally drink. I’m a natural foods chef and health is a top priority for me and my family. The Skinnygirl Margarita is made with natural ingredients and its label is consistent with U.S. federal regulations, which is why it is carried in stores nationwide and continues to fly off the shelves.

I built my brand on trust and honesty. I don’t take lightly obvious attempts to put my integrity in question. I will always answer your questions and concerns directly and truthfully."

It sounds like she is confident the margarita will continue to sell despite the bad press and isn't making any apologies for any ingredients.

Will U continue to drink Skinnygirl Margarita?
