The Shakespeare In Love actor and his wife Maria Dolores Dieguez carried slash pushed their two cute daughters through Los Angeles on a VERY wet day.

We thought this was the sunshine state? More like the sun DON'T shine state - ha!

If Fiennes' parenting skills are anything like his acting skills, then we are fairly certain his little girls are in good hands.
