I absolutely love Nutella; the chocolate and hazelnut spread that makes everything taste indulgent … and European! This is a great recipe for warm and chewy brownies that will be ready in minutes. Don’t have Nutella? Substitute peanut butter and chopped peanuts. Makes 12 mini brownies
½ cup Nutella
5 Tbsp Flour (I use gluten-free mix)
¼ cup chopped hazelnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Grease or line mini muffin tin (that makes 12) and fill with batter until ¾ filled. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool on rack before serving.
