Lindsay Lohan just loooooOOOoooves going to court, doesn't she?

In a new case where she's actually the plaintiff rather than the defendant, LiLo is suing the 6126 Collection, the company she "designed" expensive leggings for, over claims that she owns the "6126" trademark.

The numbers stand for 06-01-1926, the day Marilyn Monroe was born, which Lindsay has always said she felt a close connection to.

She launched the collection back in 2008 with her business partner Kristi Kaylor, but due to Lindsay's busy filming schedule it's been inactive since 2010.

One of Lohan's lawyers is expected to officially file the $1.1 million lawsuit in a federal court today.

Oh goody, another court case for Lindsay. It must be Thursday.

Looks like Rita Ora is really getting in good with the fashion crowd!

The 22-year-old songstress was spotted sitting pretty in the front row at the Chanel Haute Couture show in Paris on Tuesday.

Dressed in a white high-low Chanel gown, red leather Chanel jacket, and her fave black Alexander Wang booties, Rita looked tomboy chic as she cheered on bestie Cara Delevingne, who walked the show.

From the neck up, though, Miz Ora was total glam with Marilyn Monroe-esque blonde curls and signature deep red pout.

After the show, Rita even got to hobnob with Karl Lagerfeld himself!

Go ahead and get those fashion connections, girl!

We feel like starlets styled to look like Marilyn Monroe has been done to death, but this is actually a fresh take!

Scarlett Johansson appears on the cover of Russian Interview magazine channeling the late bombshell a la Andy Warhol's Marilyn Diptych for the February issue.

Which is a nice little homage to Warhol as he was the founder of the mag back in the 70s.

With her pouty red lips and blonde curls, Scarlett certainly does Marilyn justice!

Isla Fisher looked like a vivacious old Hollywood movie goddess in a cream Dolce & Gabbana sheath dress at the Rise of the Guardians premiere in the UK.

What a knockout!

With her wavy hair, crimson lips, and hourglass figure, Isla evoked images of Tinseltown in its heyday, with the likes of Marilyn Monroe and Rita Hayworth strutting their stuff all over El Lay.

We can't find anything wrong with this look!

The crochet overlay, scalloped hem, and peplum are pure vintage fabulosity!

Isla even matched her Sergio Rossi shoes to the satin ribbon around her waist. Nice touch!

As we mentioned earlier this year, MAC announced their plans to launch a Marilyn Monroe-inspired collection this fall and we have all the deets!

Hitting makeup counters October 4th, the 30 piece lineup includes five glamorous lipsticks, three lip pencils, five red carpet-worthy nail lacquers, four eye shadows, blush, lipglass, brow finishers as well as mascara and eyeliner that will have you looking camera-ready.

All products feature a black and white photo of Marilyn and retail between $15 to $27.
