What a bargain!

Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are selling their luxurious New York City 6,792 sq. ft. apartment for a cool $24.5 million.

The two story penthouse is equipped with five bedrooms, two dining rooms, an eat-in kitchen, a gym, two offices and a media room.

The best part of the apartment though, has to be the HUGE outdoor living area that's almost as big as the indoor living space at 2,500 sq. ft. Oh and there also happens to be a hot tub, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and outdoor shower.

We wonder why these guys are giving up this heavenly space. Too small?! Ha!

Kelly Ripa and her handsome hubby, Mark Consuelos, attended the UNICEF Snowflake Ball in the Big Apple on Tuesday looking like a modern day snow queen

The talk show hostess glided down the blue carpet in a strapless pale dove gray Carolina Herrera brocade print gown accented with a cute bow and belt.

Kelly let her golden glossy locks flow down her back and kept her makeup to a minimum, which was perfect for this light dress.

We love this effortless ensemble, especially when paired with her Prince Charming.

The second installment in Ryan Murphy's American Horror Story saga will include soap star/Kelly Ripa's adorable hubby Mark Consuelos among its already star-stuffed, manic-mix of cast-members!

Mark joins other new additions to Murphy's institute for the criminally insane: James Cromwell, Joseph Fiennes, Adam Levine, Chloe Sevigny, and french actress Lizzie Brochere.

Production on the 1960's, New England set second season is slated to begin this week, and we are tearing our hair out in agitated anticipation to see all the horrors this insanely talented cast will be put through!

We're sure it will be ghoulishly ghastly!
