The world has pretty much collectively agreed that it's a straight-up MIRACLE that Lindsay Lohan made it safely into the Betty Ford Center to begin her 90-day sentence in lockdown rehab before a warrant for her arrest was issued, and apparently, the judge handling her probation violation case, Jim Dabney, agrees!

So much so, in fact, that he told the woman who made it all possible, Shawn Chapman Holley, that she single-handedly SAVED her client from certain jail time!

As we all know, it was looking pretty grim for the troubled starlet when she ran away from the unlicensed-for-treatment Morningside Recovery facility the morning she was due to begin her stay, all while her lawyer at the time, Mark Heller, was in the courtroom lying through his teeth about how "ensconced" she was "in the bosom" of the facility! Luckily, LiLo was smart enough to call the attorney she fired and beg her to be taken back on as a client, which led to her making it back into Betty Ford and in compliance with the court by the skin of her teeth!

According to new reports, Judge Dabney was so impressed with Holley's quick maneuvering that he told her this morning:

Now that she’s rehired Shawn Holley to save her troubled little butt, she’s also handed over an incoming chunk of change.

Considering LiLo still owed Shawn about $150,000 BEFORE asking her for more work, we’re not surprised to hear a payment plan is set in place for the previously owed money and future work…

We don't know how she managed to yet again slither her way out of trouble, but despite all of the odds stacked against her, Lindsay Lohan made it to the court-approved Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage Thursday night!

As we've reported, the troubled starlet went through a pretty harrowing 24 hours, after she walked out on the unlicensed Morningside Recovery after two minutes that same morning, then fired attorney Mark Heller in lieu of the incredibly loyal and patient Shawn Chapman Holley!

But right before a warrant could be issued for her arrest, she was safely and securely

Looks like Santa Monica City Attorney Terry White is going to have to throw out that warrant we know he was ready to issue for Lindsay Lohan's arrest!

Because it appears that following her last-minute legal circus, which resulted in her canning of attorney Mark Heller and immediate re-hiring of Shawn Chapman Holley, the troubled starlet has been signed, sealed, and delivered to her new, locked-down home for 90 days: the Betty Ford Clinic!

In fact, while there's yet to be an official confirmation, insiders claim that Lindsay actually made it to the Rancho Mirage facility before midnight last night…which means that she fulfilled her obligation to be enrolled by May 2nd!

That's right! Despite telling Morningside Recovery that she didn't need rehab, sources close to her now assert that she's FINALLY ready to cooperate and stop making the lives of everyone around her miserable!

It all makes sense now! Lindsay Lohan is a real life magic maker who bewitches people into doing what she wants…

In an exclusive new email written by Lindsay's Daddy Dearest Michael Lohan, the Lohan patriarch claims Lindsay's lawyer Mark Heller pushed Lilo into agreeing on Morningside by claiming it had already been judge approved, and that she'd be arrested if she didn't go!

The prosecutor was PISSSED!!

For those of you who need to get up to speed, the prosecution had selected a NYC rehab for Lindsay Lohan.

But she checked into a SoCal establishment this morning instead to complete her court order 90 day lockdown.

So today both Mark Heller (the lucky rabbits' foot carrying attorney of Miz LiLo) and the prosecutor faced the judge to give their reports, and the judge was just LOVING his life, LOL!!

Mark was arguing that the judge never actually said LiLo needed the prosecutor's official approval on a location — just one of proper parameters, so he was all like WHAT'S THE BIG EFFING DEAL!?!

To which the judge replied that the problem lies in the fact that the patient-selected rehab was NOT — to their knowledge — one of appropriate parameters. So the judge asked for the docs on the new rehab location and looked them over.

Meanwhile, the prosecutor deemed all of this ENTIRELY inappropriate, as both legal parties worked together to select a list of rehab choice. Basically, he called BULLSH*T on Mark and Lindsay both!
