The day has finally come for Camille Cosby.
On Monday, Bill Cosby's wife is set to be deposed in court after a last ditch attempt on Saturday night to delay it once again.
U.S. District Judge Mark Mastroianni denied her emergency motion, as her lawyers stated that her court appearance "serves no purpose other than to harass and embarrass her."
Also according to her motion, she "has had no involvement with the facts or allegations underlying this case" and that her testimony would create "an unnecessary media circus and personal security threat."
In case you didn't know, seven women claim they were drugged and sexually assaulted by the actor, in which he called them liars.
Camille will be testifying in court in relation to their allegations, though as we previously reported, the 71-year-old can refuse to answer certain questions.
We will continue to update you with any more information.
