Trump's FCC Chairman Went After Alyssa Milano Over Her Net Neutrality Comments — And She Totally SCHOOLED Him!

no title

So, it turns out Alyssa Milano is the boss…

The Charmed star has been a crusader for Net Neutrality, an extremely important issue the FCC is voting on in just a matter of days.

At its simplest, net neutrality keeps the Internet as it is, with all websites given equal speed, allowing people to access what they want, when they want.

Video: John Oliver Explains So Much Better Than We Can!

Ajit Pai, whom Donald Trump made the chairman of the FCC, has been Net Neutrality's most vocal opponent. Essentially, he wants Internet Service Providers (and the corporations that own them) to have the power to create different speed channels — meaning some websites will go faster, others will start to CRAWL like it's 1994 dial-up.

Trump obviously loves this because it's good for corporations AND he gets to undo something Barack Obama did.

Because Pai apparently doesn't want to answer direct arguments for keeping Net Neutrality, he's instead making attacks on his opponents because they're celebs — instead of convincing the American people.

Well, when he tried it on Alyssa, it did NOT go well for him! She tweeted in response to his insult:

There Are Legitimately Too Many Superheroes To Count In The EPIC Avengers: Infinity War Trailer — Watch!

The gang's all here! No, for real, all of them.

Disney finally dropped the highly-anticipated trailer for Avengers: Infinity War on Wednesday, and this installation is teasing so many superheroes, we're actually worried about their screen time.

The action-packed trailer gives the first look at our fave billionaires, assassins, and demi-gods joining forces once again — with upgraded suits, hairstyles, and attitudes, of course — to take on their most powerful enemy yet: the evil Thanos (Josh Brolin)!

Yup, everyone is here to get in on the the ultimate Marvel mash bash. Even Star Lord (Chris Pratt) and his Guardians of the Galaxy show up for a hilarious cameo! (We guess Thor hasn't been to that galaxy just yet…)

Senator Al Franken Apologizes AGAIN & Asks That An 'Ethics Investigation Be Undertaken' Amid Groping Scandal!

al franken apologizes again twitter reacts

Now this is a significantly better apology.

As we previously reported, Senator Al Franken apologized to TV host Leeann Tweeden after she accused him of groping and kissing her without consent during a '06 USO Tour of the Middle East. Initially, the comedian turned politician attempted to downplay the scandal by noting that he didn't "remember the rehearsal for the skit in the same way," but offered up his "sincerest apologies" regardless.

The Saturday Night Live alum also apologized for the photo where he appeared to be groping Tweeden as she slept. While he defended that the picture "was clearly intended to be funny," he acknowledged it was not. Since the initial statement, Franken has since come forward to condemn his actions and requested that an "ethics investigation be undertaken."

He noted:

Fans and critics alike are screaming the praises of the insanely funny, imaginative Thor: Ragnarok.

Between wild character arcs for Chris Hemsworth's titular God of Thunder and Mark Ruffalo's Hulk, the introduction of the wonderful Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, and Cate Blanchett chewing the scenery like spaghetti, the feeling is pretty much universal — this is the best Thor movie yet.

But where do the non-stop laughs and left turns put the already acclaimed film in the ranking of all the Marvel Cinematic Universe films?
