Emotions bubble to the surface like boiling hot water as we gaze upon the pure joy that is two people celebrating their love OFFICIALLY for the first time ever!

A law legalizing same-sex marriage came into effect Thursday in the state of Washington, and hundreds of gay couples were issued marriage licenses…

As we reported, Evan Rachel Wood and her boyfriend, Jamie Bell, were spotted earlier this month in Beverly Hills picking up their marriage license, and now, sources close to the pair are reporting that in a few short days, the union will be official!

Unfortunately for us, these two are so private that they've never even publicly discussed their engagement, so we doubt we're going to hear any more news regarding the specifics of the ceremony any time soon!

Who knows?! They could have even already done the deed and tied the knot, as far as we know!

But regardless of all of that, we're just happy to see them happy and excited about starting their life together!

Now that same sex marriages are legal in New York, Michael Kors and his longtime partner Lance LePere are getting married!

The couple received their marriage license on August 3rd and plan to celebrate with a private wedding.

The Project Runway judge said of his impending nuptials:

"Lance and I are very excited to finally be able to have the opportunity to marry in our home state after many years together. We have no plans for a major party, but we will be getting married privately."

How exciting!

We reported that Joe Giudice, husband to Real Housewives of New Jersey castmember Teresa, was once again busted for fraud over the weekend after he was charged with forgery and wrongfully using the identifying information of another in an attempt to illegally obtain a driver's license in his brother's name!

He was arrested on Friday and spent six hours in jail before being bailed out for $50,000, and now we've gotten word that when he arrives in court this morning, he intends to plead "not guilty."

Seriously? AGAIN?!

Yeah, yeah, yeah, always an excuse.

This is getting ridiculous, and frankly, we think this man should be EMBARRASSED after all the nonsense he's pulled. What makes him think he can just forge his way into getting whatever he wants?!

Shameful, especially after all the financial stress he's put his family through because of this kind of behavior!

Get it together, buddy! You have KIDS.
