Damn, even the big names in Hollywood get played!

Martin Scorsese's daughter Catherine recently filed a lawsuit against Jumpview Entertainment and Campus Life Productions after they promised her big time profits for directing and producing an online movie, and even though she got Goodfellas actor Ray Liotta and her pops to help her with the film, the production companies duped her on her dough.

If there is one person who looked Hollywood dead in the eye without flinching, it was Roger Ebert!

There isn't a man, woman, or child in the film industry who was immune to a thumbs down when it was warranted!!

Roger adored movies, though, and it showed.

His enduring passion and elegant honesty earned him the respect of colleagues and filmmakers alike — even those he occasionally skewered in a bad review!!

And absolutely no one is surprised that Hollywood's biggest names are already showering the man who passed just hours ago with beautiful and well-deserved eulogies.

Jaws mastermind Steven Spielberg offered his heartfelt statement today.

Oh no!

Roger Ebert was first diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2002 and then suffered from cancerous growths in his salivary glands in 2003, and after going 10 years strong WITHOUT cancer, the terrible disease is back in the film critic's body.

Now, Ebert is taking a "leave of presence" from his job at the Chicago Sun-Times, he said:
