Nothing turns a man's rock hard Eiffel Tower into a sad, soggy pants-baguette faster than rejection!!

According to Star, wealthy Frenchman Olivier Sarkozy recently proposed to Mary-Kate Olsen… And he gifted her a $350,000 diamond ring to prove he cared!

Sadly, MKO wasn't having it!

Though the 26-year-old-actress loves him, she feels too young to settle down — Mary-Kate is younger than Ashley by a whopping two minutes, after all, LOLz!!

Olivier, being the politely patient man that he is, insisted that his lady love keep the 12-carat marquise-cut bit of brilliant bling in the hopes she might reconsider!

Or, exchange it for a few of her fancy bags! Ha!

Rejection sucks, Olivier, but there are other fish in the sea — and one of them is her nearly identical genetic match!

Congrats Ashely Olsen!

Earlier this week rumors were wafting around France that Mary Kate Olsen had gotten engaged to her much older rich French loverman, Olivier Sarkozy.

Which would, of course, officially make Ash the lonely, spinster twin. LOLz!

But, it seems Ashely has been spared that embarrassment… for now.

Mary Kate's rep has officially put an end to the wedding talk, telling sources there is "no truth at all” to those silly engagement rumors.

So, for now, the close bond between the fashion designing Michelle Tanners has not broken.

MK still belongs to Ash… at least for now!

The pair were spotted clutching paws in Paris on Sunday evening (above), but they were also seen getting HEAVY into the PDA at Roissy Airport the same day — at one point she even has her head nestled face first into his crotch…

AND Mary Kate was wearing a sparkly ring on her left hand's tell-tale finger!!

Hmmmm!

Could Mz. Olsen be plunging into the deep sea of marriage with her 43-year-old lover?!

Well, congratz (we guess?!) if these two ARE gettin' hitched! But we somehow think Mary Kate is simply fond of diamonds.

Ok, we can't deny that we are a tad creeped out by Mary Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy's amore, but love in all forms is precious so we can't begrudge Mz. Mary Kate her 42-year-old beau!

The pair were spotted cuddling up against the frosty NYC winds Saturday while on their way to munch on lunch in the East Village (above)!

Back in october, the teeny fashion designer opened up about her romance with the investment banker, and shared some poignant words of wisdom that basically implied: Keep your nose outta my business and leave me the f*ck alone!

Elizabeth Olsen and her man-friend Boyd Holbrook were a couple of cutey-patooties in New Orleans yesterday after lunch!!

Cameras caught her and Boyd finishing a meal at cajun restaurant Cochon yesterday and the young lovers were seriously vibing on each other!

Did they get super sleazy in the Big Easy?

Not that we noticed, nut we wouldn't be surprised if, later on, Boyd stirred up Lizzie's pot of seXXX gumbo with his boiled crawfish, LOLz!!

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's younger sis is in Louisiana right now working on Spike Lee's remake of the Korean thriller Oldboy!
