The Mirrors singer just announced a two-year partnership with Mastercard — a joint effort between JT and the card company in bringing cardholders a “truly unique” experience!
The company behind the Kardashian Kard are now suingKim, Kourtney, Khloe, their mom Kris Jenner, and their company Dash Dolls for $75 milllion after the girls abruptly dropped out of their endorsement deal.
After it was revealed that the Kardashian Prepaid MasterCard had costly hidden feeds, the girls were accused of "marketing a dangerous financial fantasy," and so their attorney sent a termination letter to Revenue Resource Group explaining that they will no longer endorse the card.
RRG says that since the Kardashians dropped out, they have been getting a ton of bad press and have in turn, scheduled a hearing for May 2.
So far, no word yet from the Kardashians.
The debit card company still sounds a little shady so the Kardashian girls definitely made the right decision!
Discover and Barclays Bank are teaming up with AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile in a "super-secret alliance," which will give their customers access to a new technology that will allow them to buy stuff off of their iPhone, BlackBerry, and other smartphones.
Consumers will be able to "wave and pay," without needing to swipe their credit card.
With Discover currently the fourth biggest credit card company, behind Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, the company is hoping to take "dead aim" at their competitors by offering the new technology.
In fact, shares for Visa and MasterCard have already dropped since the news was leaked.
According to insiders, "this is a game changer."
