Walk of shame!

Yesterday afternoon, after spending several hours behind bars for driving drunk, Christina Aguilera's boyfriend, Matt Rutler, retrieved his car from the impound looking a tad less ashamed than he really should've been.

So, Matt - you've just been arrested for a DUI and embarrassed the hell out of your famous girlfriend who now has to add a misdemeanor to the long list of debilitating crisises in her life, including a broken marriage and a flailing career…what are you going to do next???

Lucky break!

Although Christina Aguilera was pretty much put through the ringer when she was arrested early this morning for public intoxication - meaning she was booked, finger printed, mugshot photographed and held behind bars while she was wrung out to dry - authorities are now confirming that she will NOT be prosecuted with any crime!

According to Sheriff's department spokesperson Steve Whitmore, the singer, who was released from jail and driven home by a friend around 7am, will have her misdemeanor public intoxication on record, but she will not be charged with anything else.

However, no such luck for boy toy Matt Rutler, who blew a .09 - .01 over the legal limit - and is facing DUI charges. He was released later on this morning after his $5,000 bail was posted.

Not good.

It could have been a lot worse, but we seriously hope that this is the wake up call she clearly needs.

Uh-oh. This seriously is NOT looking good.

While rumors have persisted for the last few months that Christina Aguilera is heading toward a meltdown of epic proportions - in light of her divorce, film and album flops, a shady new man and increasingly erratic behavior - and now, sources have once again come forward to reveal that her crazy is only worsening!

The insider reveals that the singer has begun to alienate her friends, ignore her SON, and even had sex with boytoy Matt Rutler in the bathroom during a recent family party!

They explain:

"Aguilera flipped out on her mother, Shelly Kearns. Christina was so wasted before guests arrived that her mother told her to lie down and sober up. Christina yelled, 'Who do you think you are?' Then she called her brother's girlfriend a whore. It was crazy! Nobody can get through to her. They think she's trashy. And her ego is out of control. She's really spiraling…I would be shocked if she's not in rehab in the next month or two."

Wow.

At this point, we're just sad for her, and we sincerely hope that she gets herself the help that she clearly needs before the situation escalates any further. Although unfortunately, we don't think that she's going to want to go willingly, which makes us fearful of what will have to happen for her to realize what a slippery slope she's on.

So sad.

Christina Aguilera's had a tough couple of months - divorce, a flop movie, a flop album…ECK! So, when sources reported she started dating Matt Rutler, we were happy to hear she was finding happiness somewhere.

However, according to sources that talked to People Magazine, Matt is no good for the singer. Her friends are really concerned about their relationship, as Matt allegedly can be a "bad influence on her" and "never tells her to slow down."

Slow down? From what? Career stuff? pAArtying? Personally, with the exception of a few, shall we say, nervous fumbles, we think Xtina is doing alright for herself.

But maybe we should be concerned for you, BB? Is this younger man running you a bit too ragged? We're hoping for a complete turn around for you this year, so if he's a liability to that, get rid of him!

According to her friends, she's definitely showing signs of one!

Ever since Christina Aguilera and her husband, Jordan Bratman, split earlier in the year, the singer has definitely displayed some erratic behavior - including her new relationship with boy toy PA Matt Rutler, a reported freak out on Burlesque co-star Julianne Hough, and getting so drunk at Jeremy Renner's birthday that she allegedly passed out in his bed - that many are comparing to Britney Spears' nervous breakdown in 2007!

And while pals are suggesting that it hasn't gotten that serious, they aren't denying that she's AActing out - and it's even starting to affect her appearance!

Sources reveal:

"It’s beginning to take a toll on her looks. Youth can only carry you so far. Xtina is starting to look haggard! But [her divorce] it’s got her acting too crazy. After all, she is the mother of a 3-year-old little boy [son Max]. She needs to act more responsibly."

Agreed!

We can't even begin to imagine how difficult divorce must be, but we've seen many go down this road before, and believe us - it's not pretty!

You've had your post-break-up grace period, bb!

Now it's time to get your shit together - before people start becoming concerned over Max's well-being!
