Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Brooke Mueller is doing EVERYTHING in her power to make sure she gets her kids back! Or at least her child support payments!

The troubled mommy recently lost custody of her twin boys Max and Bob to Denise Richards while she began her 20th rehab stint, and now she's worried that she'll also lose her $55,000 monthly child support payments, which are currently her only source of income!

So Brooke is planning on having her mother Moira Fiore move into her Tarzana home to help out with the kiddies once she leaves the Betty Ford Center!

We just learned that Brooke Mueller's twins, Bob and Max were taken away by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services because everyone feared that Brooke's drug use could potentially hurt them.

Now that her babies are gone and in the custody of her ex-husband Charlie Sheen's ex-wife Denise Richards, Brooke still does NOT want to go to rehab.

The Out Of Sight star was sighted taking Max and Emme to the The Grove over the weekend!

The El Lay shopping center was a great family alternative to the bars and clubs doing their St. Patrick's celebrations.

After all, that's what J-Lo's life is all about now- her kids! That's why she doesn't bother putting on fancy outfits every time she goes shopping!

Though she did ask Emme to make sure her famous derriere still looked good in her Mom jeans!
