Kim and Kourtney Kardashian arrived fashionably late to receive the keys to North Miami on Monday.

For the special event, Kim made sure to look her best for Mayor Andre D. Pierre, opting for a water splashed Sally LaPointe peplum dress, a large silver Celine cuff and complementary Casadei pumps.

Being the more demure Kardashian, Kourtney went with a long black and white zigzag print dress, paired with a black belt and matching heels.

Both KKs looked kute, but maybe Kimmy should have toned it down just a bit. She was at City Hall for crying out loud!
