Paul Walker's daughter Meadow has filed a lawsuit against Porsche for the wrongful death of her father.
The late actor was riding in a Porsche Carrera GT in the car crash that resulted in his untimely passing. According to the papers filed by the 16-year-old's lawyers, the Furious 7 star had survived the impact, but the seatbelt had "snapped Walker's torso back with thousands of pounds of force, thereby breaking his ribs and pelvis" so he couldn't get out of the vehicle.
The documents said that when the car caught fire almost a minute and a half later, Paul "breathed soot into his trachea while the Porsche Carrera GT burned."

While authorities had said the accident was caused because the car's driver, Roger Rodas, was speeding over 80 miles per hour, the suit says he wasn't going faster than 71 MPH.
Meadow's lawyers also claimed the car wouldn't have lost control if it had a better stabilization system.
The papers say the Carrera GT model had "a history of instability and control issues," and the manufacturers were fully aware of that.
The teen's lawyers argue that Porsche should have included its Stability Management System in the vehicle — which is found in a variety of its cars — because it would have stopped the swerving.
But they believe the company left them out of the design on purpose.
The lawsuit also targeted other parts, pointing out that they allowed the car to catch fire. Meadow's team has spoken out, saying Porsche knew the GT wasn't safe enough to be on the road.
