Fresh Start Monday: 5 Salads

Rather than stress about all the meals you are going to or “should” eat this week, why not focus on something smaller like 5 salads in 5 days?

Cook an extra serving of protein the night before and throw it into a salad you can take to work OR pre order a salad for lunch and have it delivered. Order and pay for it early in the day so that you don’t have to stress about what to eat when you are already hungry and craving the not so healthy options.

That’s my plan for the week. Five salads in five days.

Fresh Start Monday: Improve!

It’s Fresh Start Monday (#FSM) and time to look back at the week you had and work out how you can improve on it. Having a food journal really helps you work out what you did well and what brought you undone. A quick assessment enables you to then make a plan for success. Make and take your lunches to work, remember to grab a snack and water before walking out the door, and having enough fresh food available in the house helps you make healthy meals versus relying on take out. Get honest and take your health into your own hands and you will see the results sooner rather than later!
