Oprah has invited Mel Gibson's verbal punching bag Oksana Grigorieva to be on her show and according to sources, Oksana has has told producers she had no idea during her mediation with MELtodown's ppl that she would get $15 million package in return for handing over the not-so-secret,anymore tapes.

This info was gathered from one of the many pre-interview phone conversations Oksana is having with producers before she flies to Chicago this week. She holds firm that she had never gave her lawyers any authorization to accept money in return for the tapes.

Meanwhile, a insider connected with the mediation says she's full of it, adding that the planned one-day mediation went twice as long because she was "making demands, getting involved in every conversation, and on and on."

This friggin case just keeps going on and on and on…

Hey Oprah! How come you haven't invited Mel on to tell his side of things?

Yep. She's got ANOTHER lawyer.

Oksana Grigorieva has hired a Legal Ethics Specialist, Jonathan Arons, to investigate whether or not her $15 million mediation settlement with Mel was unlawful.

Here's what Oksana's MAIN lawyer, Daniel Horowitz, had to say about the specialist:

“He is going to analyze the mediation process and agreement to determine whether or not the agreement was unlawful. If so, we must then determine if it is void in its entirety.”

The hiring of this new lawyer plays into the new strategy from Oksana's legal team, which is based on the idea that she was a victim of extortion by Mel.

Based on a draft of a settlement agreement, which both Oksana and Mel signed, she promised to destroy all MELtdown-related evidence, in exchange for $15 million.

Horowitz is saying the following about Mel's agreement with Oksana:

"It is my understanding that attorneys are not permitted to take evidence of a crime and destroy that evidence, under Californian law."

And so it continues…

Did the man ever say a nice thing to this girl, ever?!

Oksana Grigorieva went to the L.A. County District Attorney's Office on Wednesday to give more information about what went down the day of her infamous explosive argument with baby daddy, Mel Gibson.

In a terrifying twist, Okasna reveals that at one point, Mel threatened to not only kill her, but also their baby himself. He allegedly screamed at her, "There will be brains all over the wall!"

OMG! Insane! But why didn't this come up in her mediation in May? Why is this just coming to light now?

Should we be skeptical of you, Oksana? Explain yourself!

The dark and twisted depth of her insanity is never-ending, is it?!

We reported last week that the (ex!) Real Housewives of New Jersey's Danielle Staub had been sued by her ex-husband, Kevin Maher, for $5 million because of all of the crazy - and possibly untrue - shiz she claimed he did to her!

If you recall, Prostitution Whore was featured quite unfavorably in his autobiography, Cop Without a Badge, and so in attempt to do damage control to her castmates and the press, she reportedly accused him of all kinds of things - like forcing her to play Russian Roulette, rape, and killing her dog!

We're hearing NOW that Jafar has actually turned around and filed legal documents against MAHER, alleging that there is no proof that she made any of the aforementioned 'damaging' claims against him, and even if she had, it wouldn't make him appear in any worse a light, because he openly admits in Cop Without a Badge that he had a cocaine problem, was violent, and an all-around manwhore!

That's right! Having a drug problem is pretty much on par with rape and dog murder! All that shiz you said isn't damaging to his reputation at all, is it, Prostitution Whore?

The two are currently attempting to settle, but if that doesn't work, expect a trial in February!

Holy shiz! Can U imagine what that psycho would lie about in court?!

We almost want it to happen to hear what she'll say under oath! You know, if we didn't want her to just go away forever and never return.

Oh shiz! Bet this is gonna be good.

Danielle Staub is being court ordered to attend a mediation hearing with her ex-husband Kevin Maher on Friday morning in Orange County.

Maher is suing the Real Housewives star for slander and asking $5 million in damages. He claims Danielle spread stories that he raped her on a bed of broken glass, forced her to play Russian Roulette, and also murdered her dog.

WTF?!

The judge is hoping that the mediation can "facilitate a resolution of the case before it goes to trial."

"I will listen to the mediator … but if the results are not fair and reasonable, I look forward to my day in court when I can call [Danielle] out on her lies," said Maher. "I want to be vindicated for the horrific crimes she falsely accuses me of."

We don't blame him.

And the plot thickens!

Sources are claiming that the El Lay county sheriff have contacted Oksana Grigorieva's former attorney, Eric George, so they can question him about possible inconsistencies in her allegations against Mel Gibson!

Although conversations the two had are protected by attorney-client privilege, George is apparently willing to cooperate and plans to speak with them.

Apparently, authorities are curious to gather information on the claims Oksana is making now, compared to what she failed to mention during their settlement negotiations with Mel - most notably the threats he made against her, her son Alexander, and baby Lucia, and whether or not she ever had a black eye!

It will certainly be inneresting to find out what kind of information they gather from this guy - and how much it will affect Oksana's credibility!
