The Transformers star was spotted heading into a nail salon with Brian Austin Green around Studio City, California on Wednesday with what was either some serious weight gain or some serious baby bump.

Even though Fox hasn't confirmed she is preggers, we're pretty sure the opportunity to deny that fact has come and gone since she's got the bump-a-bump.
