Come September 8, Nicole Richie will be hosting a fashion show for LA's big Fashion's Night Out event.

She and many other celebrities will celebrate the night of fashion and style in the Beverly Center as the rest of the city prepares their own celebrations.

In Beverly Hills, there will be stilt-walkers, flamethrowers, and even a ferris wheel.

Stylist Melis Kuris will kick things off at Newport Beach's Fashion Island for the OC crew.

As for West Hollywood, they plan on throwing down with the after-party at the luxurious Skybar.

Oooh! It's gonna be one hell of a night!
