Nutrition is important to Melissa Rycroft!

The Dancing With The Stars winner always tries to eat right, but it isn't easy with her baby daughter Ava! Melissa says:

"If it’s green [Ava's] not going to eat it."

Oh no! We all have one of those in our family- but poor Melissa has two! She says:

"It doesn’t help in my house that my husband also eats like a 5-year-old, so it’s almost like I’m raising two kids [and] trying to get vegetables in both of them."

As an athlete, Melissa knows eating a balanced diet that includes veggies is super important! There's stuff joy just can't find in meat and sweets!

So Melissa's fam is going to get their nutrition one way or another!
