Orlando Bloom covered the September issue of Men's Health, available on stands now, in which he reveals how he gets his hot bod in action hero shape for films like Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Carribean, and The Three Musketeers.

Kenny Chesney Is The 'Fittest Man In Country Music'

Kenny Chesney has been named "the fittest man in country" music by Men's Health.

Just how jacked is Chesney? Well, he can pump out 300 push-ups in 10 minutes for starters.

After launching 5 number one singles by 2001, the singer set out to be more than a country musician and aspired to become a country music brand. To accomplish this fete, he knew he had to focus on his body and hired a personal trainer to take his body to the next level, explaining:

"I have to train to do my show the way I want to do it. I'm not one of these guys that just stands there behind the microphone. I work really hard to give the fans the best possible concert."

All that training paid off because he's earned $500 million in concert ticket sales over the years and is one of the HOTTEST (literally and figuratively) country music acts in the world.

Even on his crazzzy touring schedule, the country star NEVER misses a workout, saying:

"You'd be amazed at what you can do in a short amount of time to get a burn in, to feel healthier, to feel like you're not staying the same."

Want to build a body like Kenny's? Check out his intense push-up workout he developed with his trainer, Daniel Meng, who recommends:

"Start with 10 pushups, then rest 10 seconds. Then do 9 pushups, and rest 9 seconds; do 8 pushups, and rest 8 seconds, and so on, until you work your way down to 1 pushup."

Sounds tough, but definitely worth a try if it yields the kind of results it has for Kenny!
