In an interview with Reuters, the Mercedes Benz Presents designer explains how botanical prints and Korea both inspired her spring 2011 collection.

Carolina Herrera is set to receive the title of "Mercedes-Benz Presents" Designer for her spring/summer 2011 collection.
The "Mercedes-Benz Presents" program recognizes designers who are dedicated to using high-quality materials, unique style and innovative design.
Lisa Holloday, manager of brand experience marketing for Mercedes-Benz USA says of Carolina:

The red carpet favorite will join designers Monique Lhuillier, Badgley Mischka, Narciso Rodriguez, and CHADO Ralph Rucci who have all been honored with the Mercedes-Benz Presents title in the past.
